Service at the front desk went above and beyond our expectations. They helped us get numbers for rental car places and provided us with everything we needed. Room looked new and modern, but did not have a microwave or fridge, but did have a coffee maker. Our TV's remote control was broken (the battery cover would not stay on), there was a used band-aid on the floor between the two beds, and a hair in one of the new bath towels. Also, I tried to make local calls from the room phone, but even though I followed the instructions on the phone, it kept giving me a busy signal. View from the room was scary (steep hill with roots). Overall, we were pleased by the service provided by the front desk, but all of the other things were a disappointment. Next time, we probably will go with a hotel that had a microwave/fridge and offered drinks and snacks in the lobby, even if it costs a little more. Cleanliness of a room is very important, and we were definitely grossed out by the used band-aid.

"Nice rooms, less than stellar service"
we were happy with the room and the bed was so comfortable...but the service was really lacking. When I checked in and checked out I barely got more than a hello and thank you...no info on check out times, room service, places to go, etc. Seemed like it hurt them to smile. What really annoyed us was that we stayed 2 nights, when we got there both bedside […] lamp lighbulbs were busted. We called the desk and she said they'd bring some lightbulbs up...no one ever showed up. The next day we went out and thought maybe someone would change them while we were out all day, we returned late that night and the lights still didn't work. We went to the lobby and told the clerk and she said i'll try to find a security guard and see if he can find you some tonight. No one ever showed up. We left after 2 days and never got our lighbulbs, no one ever mentioned it or said sorry or offered us a different room. We didn't think it was that big of a request and we felt completely ignored. "Barely Adequate"
The room was barely worth the rate I paid but no more. Approaching the hotel from the parking area I got the feeling it was a dingy property.The desk people were good, the room was comfortable and in glancing looked clean. Closer inspection revealed a room that was quickly cleaned many times but never cleaned really well in the nooks and crannies especially […] the bathroom. For some reason I checked the wash cloth before I used it and it had a brown stain on it. It appeared it had been washed but the stain did not come out. Ugghh! Another thing that turned me off was the elevator which was filthy. It looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The area where people walk and stand was dirty but close to the side walls and back there was about a four inch band of dust and dirt around the perimeter of the floor the hadn't been touched in weeks. "Bad Weather Stay"
Threats of bad weather meant an unplanned trip to a hotel to ensure making a flight the next day. Many hotels were sold out but I was able to secure a very economical rate via Expedia at this hotel. I arrived at 2:30 AM and was given a key to a room that was still dirty. The Desk Clerk was very apologetic and immediately found another room for me, that […] thankfully was clean. When I mentioned it to the Clerk at checkout, she was very upset and offered to pay for my breakfast or get me coffee to make up for the inconvenience. I was in a hurry and declined, but her concern was genuine and I appreciated her effort to make up for the problem the night before. Because of her attitude, I will return to this hotel again. "Airport hotel could be more convenient"
The hotel was fine; room was clean, comfortable. But it took almost 20 minutes to get to the airport from there because you have to take a very roundabout way of getting there, which was a little frustrating. They have a shuttle, but we had to return our rental car in the morning. If I am going to stay in an airport hotel, i want it to be really close. The front desk attendants were courteous and pleasant, it appeared that my comfort and satisfaction was their goal. The room was fine, but the bed (king size) was a bit too firm for my liking. ""I expected more of the Crowne Plaza""
We were forced to stay here because of unacceptable accomodations at another hotel booked through Expedia. This would not have been my choice because I felt they were overrated and overcharged for their accommodations. The hotel was okay, but old. For the price you pay, continental breakfast should be included. Our rooms were ok, should have come with […] a fridge and microwave. No fan in the bathroom and it smelled a bit moldy. I had to purchase disinfectant and clorox wipes to rid the room of the smell. Some staff members were helpful, but the bar/lounge staff I felt were not friendly. Also, I booked 3 rooms, and upon entering 1 of the rooms it was a total disaster. This room looked as if it had not had any houskeeping service in days, so that meant our party had to be split up and put on another floor which was a bummer. Being a native of Las Vegas and of what hotels should and should not consider as standard general accommodations, I think this hotel should rethink their star rating and lower it to possibly a 2 or 2.5 or do alot of renovating to the hotel so that consumers feel as though they have gotten their hard earned moneys' worth. "short run to airport"

Went to a Pirates game and chose to stay at this hotel. Front desk person didn't know where the nearest gas stations were in route to the game and offered litle help identifying where Primati Bros. restaurants were located. This one seems like a small complaint. Almost too embarassed to mention ... but the cheap plastic toilet seat wouldn't even stay […] up! Simply stated, this hotel is old. Lobby is old. Restaurant is old. Bar is old. When I was there, the AC did not work in the bar, the lobby, or the restaurant.
