We had a great stay in San Antonio and yes we would book again It was convenient to rest. and stores and freeways to get to downtown and sea world.

"5 cars broken into"

During my stay of two evenings, we awoke to find that our vehicle had been broken into. Over the next hour, we discovered that 5 vehicles had been broken into that same evening. I will never stay at this hotel, and will tell others to choose a different place to stay. The front desk personnel were courteous, but management has alot to learn about customer service!

Ice machine out of order. Hotel staff not very helpful or appreciative. Room A/C difficult to control settings. Room was to small. To much noise.

"not a good room"

this hotel was not good. all though the room was not expensive, it was definately not cheep and for the money you pay you get a dirty room with very uncomfortable beds, and there was a party going on downstairs so you know hotel staff doesnt care about anything. im supprised hotels.com would put this hotel on their site.

"Oldie but Goodie - Clean and Friendly"

This property was used by several guests who had family members in nearby VA Hospital..... hotel provided transportation for them to and from hospital as well as trips to shopping center.... (also airport shuttle). Important if not renting a car..... Complimentary Breakfast was probably the only drawback.....

"Ok for a night or two"

Room was equipped with a full-size refrigerator, which was nice. It was also quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. It is an older hotel, however, so it's a bit musty and the rooms are smaller. Our carpet was pretty dirty. There wasn't usually anything left for breakfast except white bread and 2 types of cereal (and we got there fairly early in the morning).
