I've stayed at many Days Inns & this one is on the lower end. Room was very small & uncomfortable. Stay at the Super 8 down the road for about the same price but is much nicer.

Room did not get cleaned first day. Cleaning cart sat in the hallway all day and night the first 24 hours there. Hallway carpet dirty.

We were very disappointed in the quality of this hotel. Upon entering our room on Thursday night, we were stunned by the cold temperature. Throughout our stay, we noticed different things that were not right - light bulbs not working nin the already poorly lit room, few outlets to plug electronics into (laptops, phones, etc). Friday morning's shower […] was not a good experience - it took a long time to get hot water and then the tub AND sinnk drain were both clogged. The breakfast was food that we could have picked up at the convenience store next door. After being out on Saturday morning, we returned to our room to find that they had changed the keys and were locked out of our room. Then we were questioned as to how long we were staying when it clearly stated on our confirmation that it was three nights.On Saturday afternoon, when wanting to relax in the hot tub, they were waiting for the maintenance man. Have stayed here several times. It is fine for the one night stay. It was clean, but in need of updating. Staff was right there when we could not get the shower to work.

As shown above, it looked like the toilet was not cleaned (black) and the floors were not vaccumed. It was a bit uncomfortable because I didn't want to take off my shoes or sit on the toilet without putting down toilet paper first. Aside from the the room the staff was nice and the continental breakfast was great!

I arrived at check in and the key did not work. The manager reprogrammed the key for me and found the room was not cleaned. I was not a lone . there was a line of people with the same problems. I left for the evening and returned to a clean room but was only given one towel. I was not alone as a number of people were reporting not having towels. Many of the rooms were not clean or ready at check in time. Rooms did not have clean towels avaiable. Indoor pool was ice cold and hot tub was dirty. Bathroom did not appear clean. Night staff was rude and used inappropriate language. Would never stay at this hotel again and would not reccommend to anyone.

When we first pulled in the parking lot. We slipped down backwards from a little hill. So went to the other enter road and parked and got stuck. Than noticed most the parking lot was'ent plowed.And than thought it has been days since our first snow storm so, should'nt this be plowed?So much to my relief the front desk guy, the house room cleaner guy […] and the maintenance guy. Days Inn hotel chain is hands down the worst hotel chain i have ever stayed with. they are the laziest, dirtiest, most unmaintained propertys i have ever seen. they dont clean or fix anything in the rooms. this hotel in particular was the worst. i checked in, and none of the things in my room worked. (TV, Phone) . The TV didnt even turn on. it looked […] like it was about 20+ years old. after i complained, they put me in another room. the second room, when i got there, had the door hanging wide open. i went in and looked, but realized the door didnt even close. i again went back and complained. the guy at the hotel then gave me a third room, again all the way at the other end of the hotel. i opened the door, and went to turn on the light. nothing happened. i walked in to the room and tried all the lights, and none of them worked. there was no power to the room at all. again i went back the the front desk and told him what was wrong. finally, he gave me a room, about 3 rooms from the desk, and i made him come with me to check it out. that hotel was a pile! I paid a very low price, about $20 per night below other competitors on this site. This place was OK if your expectations are low. nice indoor pool. The hotel was nice enough to let check in early, but unfortunatly, we didnt get tge room we reserved. We were supposed to get a larger room, with a couch. I didnt say anything because we figured it was all they had that early. All in all though, it was a fine stay.

1st off it was close to everything we needed to do. It was packed that weekend and yet the hotel was quite. That was a plus. The room..not so good. The toilet was broken..you could still use it but the handle was busted the top to the toilet was a mix match, the shower was gritty and we did not take a shower because of it. We wore our flip flops just to walk around because the carpet looked bad plus the chips in the bathroom. This hotel is not the worst. My boyfriend and I were not looking for something overly fancy that was way over budget but was convenient for a night or two. If your looking for an economical hotel, this is it. Nothing special about it, I wouldn't mind staying here again for a last minute road trip.

First off rooms have dirty musty spell. Carpets are all stained up. The bathroom floor was filthy!! The bedsheets would not stay on the bed. We stayed for 5 nights at this crap hole. We only had our bed made once from roomservice. We had to ask for clean towels every day. We were in bed watching tv one night and staff just walked in at 7:30 told us […] he was house cleaning. Asked us to take our garbage which we gave him. We asked for towels, clean sheets and garabage bag plus bathroom condiments. He never did return to our room. Seemed very weird. When we arrived the garbage outside of our door over flowing pizza boxes and pizza crust on ground. Took them 2 days to clean this up. We had to go to lobby after being locked out twice to have our keys reprogammed. The pool was dirty and gross. Did not look at indoor pool. We got new sheets right away due to stains and LOTS of black hair. The guy at the desk was very nice & efficient with our request. Cheese whiz-like substance on the inside of curtain, dirty window, more black hair on bathroom floor and in shower, burned out light. Hotel was quiet, good location, beds were comfortable.

upon arriving the hotel parking lot was filled with garbage the lobby filled with flies, trash, no air conditioning , and a bad smell. we viewed three rooms, they all smelled and where not totally clean. i would not recommend the Wisconsin Dells Days Inn to anyone it ranks lower than a slum hotel

It just wasn't how the pictures showed it. Very poor up keep of the entire place besides the lobby. Pool was dirty, continental breakfast room was dirty. We had a dirty towel hanging on our bathroom door all weekend even after asking the front desk to send someone to get it.

indoor and outdoor pools were filthy and ice cold, the outdoor pool did not have a skimmer working and niether pool looked like any filters were working. the room door latch was broken and no safety chain. it took till late the first night to temp. fix door and the next day to put a safety chain on the door. The old a.c. had a hard time to keep the room cool. thought the tv remote was broke or needed new batteries but foundthe tv was never plugged into the wall. Clock radio was found the next day behind the nightstand , time still blinking. Bare wall socket with cover lying on the floor.Attempted to flush the toilet only to find the water had been turned […] off to the toilet. turned on the wate rand the reservior wouldn't fill as the chain was too long and was catching under the rubber stopper. Shortened chain and it took several flushes to get the reservoir to fill adequately.During this time the water supply pump to the toilet made a very loud grinding sound , very displeasing to the ears. One of three light bulbs above the bathroom mirror was burned out and I went to the desk to get a light bulb and to heat up food in the microwave and requested some plastic eating utensils as well and did not receive anything until an hr later. My food was way beyond cold and I had to reheat the food again by the desk microwave because there was not one in the room. The nearest ice machine was never in working order and the carpets in the hallways especially looked like they needed to be shampooed. When I checked out I was never asked how my stay was ,only that you're set to go. I told the receptionist that room 148 needs to be checked over and proceeded to tell her all the things above , but she did'nt seemed too concerned, just said ok.I'll never stay there again.
