If you are in need of a decent hotel this might be your hotel. Good prices and the breakfast is just ok. My only complaint is that the staff needs not to shout down the halls when communicating. I thought that would be a no brainer but I guess they haven't figured that out.

Staff was pleasant and accomidationg. Checking in I had a few copies to be made and a fax to send and they said no problem. Checking out were very nice and the hot breakfast was decent. Thank you Quality Inn Staff, I'll be back!

No problems except a man was allowed to continue trimming bushes on the premises, with a chain saw, and the noise was very irritating. This went on until 7 PM!

I was there with my family bc we had an emergency situation at home. The hotel room was a lot nicer than we thought it would be for the money. The family enjoy the stay. The only thing that was questionable were the bed linen. The sheets didn't look vey clean. I saw spots on the sheets

I will stay here everytime I come to Greenville which is usually once a month. The room was beautiful, clean and the area was close to do shopping. Breakfast was hot and had everything you could want.

if you travel down from i-75 south it will be a long distance to get to but if you around 385 will be a good location to stay .hotel staff need to work on customer service skill and show a whole lot more of southern hospitality .

Check in was quick and easy. Room was nicely furnished and clean. Found a used bar of soap up high in the shower where anyone shorter than six feet couldn't have seen it. We were just passing through town on our way to visit friends for the holidays. The room was OK, but overpriced. We were disappointed that the hotel advertised a "bar and grill" but was only open for drinks. No wings, no specials, no music. What the bartender lacked in skill she made up for in friendliness.

This was a personal business trip to bring our 5 y/o son whom is a special needs child to the Shriner's Medical Center there for some specialized treatment they offer at their Greenville facility. The exterior does no justice for what the room looks like. Because the rooms are excellent and clean you forget that you're not at an inside hotel.

We checked in, only to learn most of the hotel was booked by military servicemen dispatched for the clean up of Hurricane Sandy - the hotel clerk gave us a room, smack, dab in the middle of all these young, energetic, screaming, loud, drinking, loud music playing and partying barely post teenagers. We went to the front desk to request another room - […] there wasn't one. So we moved our reservations with Expedia to another hotel nearby (that was EXCELLENT customer service on Expedia's part) - only to learn the Clarion wanted to penalize up for NOT staying! They had a room but a comfortable peaceful night was definitely going to be impossible. We paid an additional $10 to stay down the street and besides the ambulance hauling it to the nearby hospital, it was whisper-soft quiet.... Read more

Rooms were small but nice. Breakfast ok. Trash in white bags left on grounds in front of our room. Sidewalks were dirty and around ice machine.
