Located just off I-95 and connector to I-75, this hotel couldn't be better placed. Rooms were clean--and not stinky in a smoking room. Complimentary breakfast went beyond minimalist 'continental'.

We flew into FLL for a cruise in Miami and just needed a place to stay for one night. It was perfect for that although we had not had dinner and there isn't anything other than Denny's within walking distance. However, the room was clean & the breakfast was great - especially for a free one!

This was a good hotel right off the freeway. It is a little bit older and could use some renovating. Only restaurant nearby was Denny's. Shopping center not too far away, about a five dollar cab ride.

We stayed there one night as we were flying out the next morning. Hotel offered a continental breakfast starting at 7 a.m. We had to leave at 5:30, but food was out and we were able to eat. The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle to the airport, which was only 10-15 minutes away. All in all it was a great place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone.

I had a good stay at the Days Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Jose was wonderful! The room, although tight, was clean and met our expectations. The shuttle service was convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel was convenient to the airport, a shopping center, a wonderful city park, the Interstate and the beach. Everyone, including the guest, was friendly. I think they put "happy juice" in the water. :) I would stay here again and would recommend the hotel to others.

Only one complaint: the hotel van. It is a shared van with a hotel across street from Days Inn and it is very, very packed. You have to be sure to call for van from airport so they know how many people to expect, and also reserve a place to go back. But it doesn't seem to matter as they take everyone they can squash in there anyway (sitting on laps, etc). Or they will leave you to wait for the next van, which will also be packed. Puzzling, considering that when you drive up to the hotels there are other vans parked there that are not operating ... .

out of value="10""Reasonable, Too Close to Main Highway"
Reviewed by Steven of Long Island, NY on Jan 25, 2008
When I arrived at the hotel my first concern was the close proximity to Interstate 95. I was concerned that the roaring traffic would be heard through my window. I asked to have a room as far away from the highway as possible. The hotel clerk accomodated my request. There were 2 passenger elevators. One was reasonably sized and the other made me feel a bit claustophobic. It was quite small. As soon as I exited the elevator on my guset room floor, I detected a strong deodorizong agent. I am probably more sensitive to odors than most and the perfumy smell was bothersome each time I walked the hallway. I didn't complain beacuse I was only staying for 2 nights. The guest room I booked was supposed to have a king size bed. Beause I asked for a room that would be far away from the interstate the hotel only had a room with 2 double beds available. Once again, it would only be for 2 nights. The room was clean and did not have any offensive odor like the hallway. The TV was fairly new and had an abundance of channels. I only wish there was a listing of channels so I knew what channel might relate to my hometown channels. This would have reduced my "channel surfing". The bed was comfortable and the maid service was fine. I arrived at the hotel at about 8pm. It seems that earlier that day the hotel had the trees in front of the building trimmed. At about 6am the following morning I was awoken by thousands of birds that no longer had a place to nest. When I left the hotel that morning the birds were everwhere and swarming in the sky. I darted to my car noticing the many bird droppings on my car and other cars in the parking lot. Needless to say, I wasn't really thrilled with my stay but since I was travelling alone and considering the price I paid for the 2 nights, I suppose there was some value there. However, I probably wouldn't choose to stay there again.

This hotel's best feature is it's location, of course but the service was wonderful. The desk staff were very helpful. They called a taxi for us, provided a wake up call, and were very professional. The check in and out was very smooth and uneventful. The van driver was polite and friendly. The restaurant he recommended for dinner was just perfect! All in all, this Days Inn was one of the best of the chain we have ever stayed in!
