Had a great time as always. Just a great place to unwind and have a close by night out. Hotel is always clean and comfortable. Walking distance to anything you want... shopping, art, food and drinks!

We tacked on a couple of extra days to see the sights and the hotel is conveniently located by the highway so easy access into Seattle or surrounding areas. The Hotel is also right next to lots of shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance. Hotel staff from the valet to the Check In Desk were outstanding!

my first time at a hyatt and maybe I expected to much. Other hotels offer free refreshments and I didnt enjoy paying $4 for a water. I loved the shower and over all comfort. Just don't understand why the more "expensive" hotels don't offer more such as refreshments and free internet.

My only complaint about our room would be the fact that we looked out onto the roof and a wall - so no view. But other than that it's a wonderful hote. This was my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was great and my family really enjoyed it. For some reason this second time around, the entire stay at the Hyatt was very disappointing. The room was unclean. My one year old daughter had just started walking and when she walked around the room, her socks were filthy from the uncleaned floor. […] My wife and I had to make every effort to keep her off the floor. Also, our bathroom door knob was broken, which made it difficult to close. There was also hair all over the bathroom and spots of dirt. I felt really uncomfortable for my family staying there. It was really disappointing as I enjoyed our first stay there but most likely will not be returning. There is another hotel right down the street that may get my families business from now on. The Hyatt in downtown Bellevue is a bit out-dated. There is no venting in the bathroom. The air conditioning has a smell. But the location is perfect, right in downtown Bellevue. Bellevue offers lots of shopping and restaurants, and it looks like an affluent neighborhood.

We stayed here because everything in dowtown Seattle was booked or too expensive. The location to Seattle was convenient, probably a 20 minute drive. The hotel is well kept and has a modern elegance about it. Our room was nice, large, clean, as was the bathroom. The lobby area is extremely large, so it's a little confusing at first when you walk in […] the front door. The front desk is sort of hidden way in the back, towered by "grand staircases", restaurants and shops. The area is very swanky and everything around it is overpriced. I reserved room two weeks early, but when I got there they didn't have my room, I traveled alone and was given two double beds instead of a king. :( They forgot my OJ that I ordered with breakfast. :( They forgot my M&M's on my ice cream that I ordered for a snack. :( And a hotel that size should of free Wifi!!!

Upon checking in, the manager wanted to charge me an extra $30.00 for my toy poodle to stay in the room. I had already made reservation in advance for a dog friendly room and paid by credit card. The ruffles on top of the curtain where taped together and the electric wires hung loosly and unattractive under the desk.

No waiting to get a room, very quick check in. Room was very nice, on the 19th floor - good view on the sound and Seattle. Bed was very comfortable. The only negative would be that the refridgerator was not cold, only cool and the tub drain was slow so by the end of my shower there was about and inch and a half of water in the tub. Check-in was 2 and a half hours late. Was told we'd be comped for the smoking room for that reason and they still tried to charge us on the way out, and to add to that we werent allowed a late checkout ourselves because we were checking out on a Sunday. Wish there was an option for 2 queen beds instead of two full beds though as the full beds are slightly smaller than a queen but it is small enough to make it uncomfortable for two people to sleep in. I like this place, and it is close to a good area in Bellevue WA. I was not happy to pay $30 for three days of internet and parking at $28 per night, not including the tips each time for in and out.
