It was a great stay in a clean hotel. Room and pool were clean and comfortable. Very long line for breakfast but US Finals were being held that weekend. Food was hot and a good variety. This was my first time at this hotel. The location was ideal and centralized for getting any where. Your 15 minutes from most major attractions in the area. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Most importantly the suite came with an extra television. This was a great hotel for the price. I highly recommenid stayg here.

The room was very nice and clean. However, the main reason I picked this hotel was because it has a indoor pool. The heater in the pool was broken and my kids wanted to swim anyway even though it was very cold. We stayed for 4 nights and no sign the heater was getting fixed.

Nothing particular to note either way. Just needed a place to crash for one night, and this fit the bill fine. I wouldn't want to stay there a week for a vacation in Hampton Roads, but I would feel comfortable booking with them again for an overnighter if needed.

Hotel was very clean and rooms were cozy. The pool was very large for a hotel pool, plenty of lounge chairs to relax in while the kids played. Breakfast selection was very nice and the staff were really friendly. Not our first stay in this hotel and hasn't disappointed us yet :)

Very nice facility. Courteous and helpful staff. Excellent full breakfast included. Pricing was moderate in comparison with other hotels in the general area. Plentiful parking space. Restaurant and small bar open in the evening. Convenient to airport and Interstate 64.

The hotel and its amenities exceeded my expectations. In a one-night stay, I did not have the opportunity to fully enjoy the room or exercise facilities. I only wish that the windows could be opened beause I love fresh air, but few hotels allow that. Though my floor was fine, I would recommend that this hotel become an entirely smoke-free hotel.

after the first morning i was there and needed the shower head changed, i told the front desk @ 8am and by the time I got back to the hotel at 5pm everything was fixed and ready to go. I was very impressed with this. I enjoyed staying and since I travel to this area almost every month I will be staying at this hotel for all my future stays.

Lax management practices including only one person at the desk for check in for two hotels (Sleep Inn and Quality Suites share a front desk, pool, etc); had to call down to the desk for the wifi password, peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. Breakfast personnel were super, however...the one highlight of our stay.

The indoor pool is actually outside and is covered by a metal/glass framework. Because of lightning the night we stayed, we were disappointed that the pool was closed. The management was friendly and courteous. The included breakfast was absolutely wonderful. I give the breakfast 5 stars!!!!!

Nice suite with 2 TVs, fridge, microwave, etc. Could have lived without the loud air conditioner, but at least we were comfortable. Best part: the comp breakfast! Worst: the overwhelming scent of cleaning product when we first arrived. Smell went away and the rest of our stay was fine.

In addition, the sitting room and kitchenette are convenient for anything from snacks to replacing the need for costly dining out. Finally, unlike many smaller hotels, the complimentary breakfast is just that and not some stale or store-bought sweet rolls and coffee or tea, there is an assortment of hot and cold breakfast foods and healthy foods for those not inclined to eggs, sausage, and waffles among others. If there is one area that has been less than acceptable (and this, over the six years I have been staying there), it check in. Check in was a nightmare, as the clerk is responsible for 2 hotels that are connected. She was chatting with another customer and even though he told her to wait on me as he would wait, she continued chatting with me. When she got to me, there was no apology and she acted like it was a disservice to her. I was very satisfied because the hotel receives pets. This was a plus for us moving to the State of Virginia as pet owners. The negative point at the hotel was the mattress. Unfotunately, it gave me a back pain. The mattess wasn't very comfortable. Other than that, it's a great hotel to stay. Thanki you!
