My friends and I went skiing at blue mountain. It was our first time skiing too so we were a little skeptical about what location and hotel to choose and stay in. We were very surprised how friendly and accommodating the staff was. We also very much liked the free breakfast, pool, hot tub, and free wifi. The hotel wasn't badly priced either. So for the price that we paid, we felt like we got a lot. The hotel is also in close proximity to blue mountains which was very nice. The only downfall of the hotel was that at the time we went, it was being remodeled, so some things were not so appealing. Although, I understand that remodeling takes time and isn't always appealing while in the process.

Rare find! Excellent location. Outstanding rooms for the price paid. Close to lots of unique shops and great restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay here again. The only downsides: the attitude of one of the staff members at the front desk, and the fact that not all rooms come with spa baths (hard to distinguish on the website).

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and competent. However, the room didn't have many outlets which will cause issues if you're... to recharge several items at once. I have sleep apnea and need a CPAP machine to sleep. The room did not have a plug near the bed - not a big problem for me since I've learned to carry a long extension cord but I prefer not to use it. The TV was old and not a flat screen. The breakfast was enjoyable. I have no real complaints but the hotel was rated excellent when I booked through Hotels.com. I reserved King/Non-Smoking online. When I arrived they told me they had no more of these rooms only King/smoking or Double/Non-Smoking. Did not want smoking in any way, so took the Double/non-smoking. Room was fine, no complaints. Fairly quiet surroundings for the one night I stayed. Continental breakfast not very good.

We had no problem finding the Comfort Inn - it was easily accessible from Route 22. The staff at the front desk were cheerful and helpful. Our room was basic but clean - not a lot of frills but had all we needed. Everything was great with the exception of the chair in the room which had seen better days. The room was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Convenient to a nice shopping area. There was a fridge and microwave in the room as well as a coffee maker. The breakfast was good. I got a terrific rate from Hotels.com. Overall a great stay!

Location was great- I was in the area for a Lehigh University visit. Price was very reasonable. Staff was friendly and helpful - especially at the breakfast buffet! Room felt very clean. Will stay there again!

Everything was fine with our stay until Friday night/Saturday morning. There was a party going on in a banquet room close to our room. Very loud music, drunken yelling and cussing, slamming of doors, etc. This over flowed into the hallway and outside in the parking lot until 2:30 AM. We asked them to hold it down and got no where. I called the front […] desk and was hung up on. I went to visit the front desk and the man there just made excuses and did nothing. Very clean, extremely friendly staff, everything was wonderful. We had a comfortable stay. There were two issues that were negative, it is a two story motel with no elevator, I'm not sure how they handle wheelchairs, other negative was our room had two double beds instead of queen size beds and the beds were very hard and and sagged in the middle. Now […] with all that said, the hotel was completely booked up because we stayed a few days after hurricane sandy hit the area and many people were out of electricity. I think the room they gave us was not one usually rented unless they were in overflow capacity. I would stay there again under non emergency situation and reevaluate. Front desk was pleasant. The room was clean and did not smell stuffy. The attendand at the breakfast area was helpful and friendly; however, the fruit and muffins were not very tasty. I like the location of this hotel its close enought to shops and highway but situated far enough to offer a quiet stay.

The staff were helpful and the room was very clean and well designed. The room was very soundproof, despite the large number of people staying in the motel. Even though it was a non-smoking room, there was a slight smoke smell when we first entered the room. When we arrived the guy at the front desk didn't make an effort to help us. Everyone else was very pleasant. The breakfast was good and the gentleman in charge was very nice and helpful. As for having pets stay, someone let their dog defecate in the hallway.

Really great breakfast! Friendly staff, clean room, I really liked the showers. Wireless internet average. Quiet safe location. Would definitely recommend for the price!

Overall it was fine for one night. I did have issues with charging my phone/computer and with the wifi connection. The lights on my phone and computer blinked on like they were charging but in the morning the computer was almost depleted, and the phone was at a quarter power. it was easy to log into the wifi, but it continually got 'little to no signal' […] messages and I couldn't really accomplish anything online and turned it off. When I cam into the room, the air-conditioning had been left on high and it felt like a meat locker. I had to turn it off entirely to make the room comfortable... Read more

Superb, I enjoyed staying in this hotel. I liked the exersise room. I liked hotel's free good morning breakfast , usually most of the hotel has continental breakfast but this hotel has bufet breakfast . means ,most of the item people eat in breakfast they have it. the person who takes care of the breakfast , he is very friendly. I thought the hotel was fine. Price is quite acceptable. Exterior a bit dated and the hotel is more of a brief stay type versus spend a week. Rooms suprisingly larger and better quality than my initial impression. 24 hour access to front door fears were allayed by protective looking employee who was wide awake versus half asleep.

staff is very polite and helpful, especially sandi. sandi helped us find a nice restaurant on arrival night and went out of her way to help us find boarding our pet for a few hours upon our check out.

Room was clean, although did smell a bit musty. We had four people in our room, but only three sets of towels. Quick call to housekeeping fixed that. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice to have the restaurant right next door too.
