    I was told that i would have a SMOKING ROOM cause that is what was booked and it was now smoking. There were a couple other things awrong. Other then those two things this hotel was beautiful.

    I only stayed one night but this is what I think about it. The room was a bit cold to me I set the heat to 72 and it was 68 when I went to bed and got up. The room was nice and clean. Some of the food was cold. The eggs were very good tasting but cool.

    The hotel was easy to find right off the highway, the staff where excellent, the room was very good(love the beds) ) the breakfast in the morning was very good, everything you would need, the hotel is located not far from a mall, so that was handy to shop and also to get something to eat,

    Hotel looked nice, check-in was prompt, and bed was comfortable. HOWEVER, the bathroom was filthy! There were long hairs on the shower walls and in the tub...which was the least of the grime. Puddled dry urine lay at the base of the toilet and on the back of the toilet. YUCK! It's too bad housekeeping slacked while cleaning my room because the rest […] of the hotel was satisfactory.     I stay in the area about 8 times a year but this was my first stay here. The hotel was clean and thes staff great along with the breakfast. The room that my wife and my chid stayed did need a microwave and fridge which would have been a plus. Overall I liked the hotel!

    THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY, THE HOTEL CLEAN, THE BED WAS SUPER COMFORTABLE. WE HAD TO CHANGE ROOMS, HOWEVER, BECAUSE THE HEAT WOULD NOT WORK. IT WAS HANDLED QUICKLY AND WE WERE GIVEN ANOTHER ROOM DOWN THE HALL.

    We were passing through and this was a good stop. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub, got a good dinner recommendation from the staff, and found the complimentary breakfast to be excellent. A great choice for the area.

    The mattress was quite lumpy, but the complimentary breakfast was good, the staff very nice and the air conditioning worked well! Free wi-fi was very nice.

    The TV screen was terrible - but by the time I realized that, it was too late to switch TVs or rooms. Next time, I'll turn it on for a sec when I check in, to make sure it isn't faulty. Great homemade cookies at the front desk!

    Great location, clean and comfortable. Had some issues with first room. No tv in master bedroom, queen size bed and crib in kitchen. After expressing concerns we were move to a great room, newly remodeled. Hotel is well kept up, clean and quiet. Staff friendly and accomodating.
