The management was very friendly. The room took about two hours to warm up! The heater was falling apart! Once we got to sleep it was ok, quiet. Just not worth the $$$

After a long day of hiking out in the cold, we entered into a freezing room that took hours to heat up. The bathtub didn't drain well while showering. Coffee pot was dirty. Breakfast was included and was marginal at best. I didn't have a problem with the staff at all. just feel that the rate was NOT worth the money.

We had just traveled through semi-blizzard conditions and found the hotel to be a welcome relief. We had a good meal, excellent showers, and a comfortable bed, which put us in good shape for continuing our journey in the morning.

We have stayed at LaQuintas in Colorado and were very happy with the accomodations and the value. We felt the LaQuinta in Crossville was overpriced for the condition of the hotel. While the manager was very accomodating, the decor was 1980s and definately needed updating. The room was as clean as it could be given the condition of the building. The […] walls definately needed painting as there were many scuff marks, little chips in the plaster and evidences of mold in the bathroom and in other places around the building. filthy, dirty disgusting motel. Worst I have ever spent one night in. I have traveled in excess of 4 million miles in my career! ripped pillow case, blood or stains on the bottom sheet hidden at the foot of the bed and not seen until morning, long hair on the shower wall (not mine - wrong color) exhaust return air vent covered in dust and dirt, coffee […] pot left unwashed. foyer carpeted floor not cleaned at 9 AM (a bright sunny day) mud still leftover from days before??? did not eat anything for breakfast - the place was too disgusting! We arrived very late, so we basically went straight to sleep, but the room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good, usual continental stuff, but also "make your own" waffles and biscuits & gravy. Front desk staff was pleasant.

The last time we stayed here, the gear in the workout room was cheap and broken; now there are several high-quality aerobic and strength machines. Stayed for 1 night recently. Very courteous staff that I dealt with. Lobby was very nice and clean. Room was extremely clean and spacious. Bathroom was spotless. I felt very comfortable staying there. Had easy access to wifi and nice tv's. Good place to crash for a night.

Pool "doesn't work" because the heater is broken and the temperature of the water is COLD! Hot tub is so full of chemicals, our clothing was bleached. The night manager was friendly, but that did not make up for the attitude we received in the morning. We asked for an extension on checking out since we had a meeting that went past check out time. […] I was told they had to have the rooms. There were only four cars in the parking lot the whole time we were there. The place was almost completely empty. The beds here were what stood out most to me. I got a very restful night's sleep. I was pleased to find that the room had a mini-fridge, as the last time I was traveling the hotel did not have one. The staff at LaQuinta was courteous and accommodating.
