Overall it was a clean and comfortable place to spend the night. Clarissa, at the front desk, was most friendly and exceeded our expectations on being checked in. Downside was the pools were not working and those were a main reason we selected this hotel on our route.

Everything was as I expected. Nothing bad, nothing great. Breakfast was the same everyday...but was ok. The overall hotel plumbing is marginal. Would stay there again...price was right, convenient to I-475. Decent bars & restaurants nearby...Try Chucks...across the interstate, in the Kroger complex.

Beds and cleaning service were good. Internet service was slow and spotty, but free and available. Breakfast was only served for two hours (7 - 9) which was a negative as was the pool situation. Having to walk through a parking garage and another hotel's lobby to pick up a "pool pass" at the other front desk was a major PAIN! Access to the hotel at […] rush hour was dicey at best. We were in town for the Men's Senior US Open golf tournament. The location was perfect and we thought the room was very comfortable. The bed was decent and the pillows were very nice. We were very happy with the price and thought the staff was very accommodating.

The hotel needs a much-needed facelift. The bathroom was so small you had to go out in the room to change your mind. The whole hotel experience was not pleasant. Thank goodness our reason for being in Toledo turned out to be very pleasant.
