Expensive and needs renovations. Not worth the $
The ceiling in the shower was badly pealing. Wi-Fi was $13 per day. We used the ice bucket and they took it away and never got it back. Not worth the cost of $300 on a Saturday evening plus taxes. Staff was good and friendly. Better choices to stay at for my wife and I in the future.

Disappointed
I was not impressed with the this hotel overall. I went there for a conference, but I would never go there on my own.

Nice hotel, good location, mixed review.
Great location right by the Inner Harbor. For conferences, the 5th floor space conveniently has a restaurant and bar in the center of the conference spaces. We were staying at the hotel as part of a convention and it was nice to be able to grab a quick bite or a drink between panels and events, without having to leave the conference space. Rooms were well appointed, but the elevator location is a problem. There only seems to be one bank of guest elevators for the entire block wide floor. Fine if you're near it, but if you are at the diagonal opposite corner, it's several minutes of walking to your room. Trying to use stairs instead of elevators between floors didn't work well either - some stairs only seemed to go to 6th floor and we ended up wandering all around backstage trying to find stairs that would continue upwards. Customer service was mixed. Some of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Others were downright bureaucratic and obstructionist. The buffet food in the hotel restaurant was dreadful, but we were part of a large convention on a holiday weekend, so I am not sure whether the food on the buffet was typical of their normal menu.
