There were people if questionable character standing around outside of their rooms at all hours. At 4 AM in the morning, the people in the room next door were standing in the corridor outside of their room, having an argument with someone on the phone and talking about calling the police. Seedy. Hallway smelled of urine. Avoid.

Bath sink was clogged, some strands of hair in the bed, paint peeling on the wall, only one wash cloth in a 2 bed room and extras hard to come by. Breakfast was simple but good. Only 30 minutes from Magic Kingdom. Can't complain too much for $38 per night.

Not too happy about the HUGE spider found nestled between the towels. The exterior noise was quite loud. One night the door lock didn't work and when I went to the office to get a new key there was a sign that read "be back in 15 minutes" another guest had already been waiting 20, luckily the other key worked, otherwise who knows how long I would have […] had to wait. Breakfast room is very hard to navigate. There also seems to be quite a few people that live there. My kids went swimming and had some creepy guy just stand and stare at them. We stayed in Rm 139, a n/s king. The neighborhood is posh, but the hotel is an exception. The wall in the closet/sink area was discolored, and looked like it had been puked on at some point and haphazardly cleaned. The bathroom door had what appeared to be fecal matter on it. One of the pillowcases was covered in brown dirt (not stained, as I was able […] to brush parts of the dirt off). The microwave and fridge in this room, despite being very old, did work. There was a huge gap under the door, which I had to plug with a bath towel. Due to the fact that there were people wandering around at all hours of the day and night drinking and smoking outside the room, it was quite noisy and I was actually afraid to leave the room. The only way I could sleep was with earplugs. The ceilings were covered with bits of black debris. The walls showed signs of drywall rot. The heater and AC worked well. The staff was friendly enough. The breakfast is something I would avoid at all costs. There is no cable in the rooms, only local channels provided by the cable company. The wifi was available in my room, but you have to be patient about it. It took both of my wifi enabled devices about 5 minutes to connect. Once I left them alone and came back to them, they had finally connected, and they immediately reconnected when I returned from the grocery store, so at least the internet was available. The bathroom was so sketchy that I chose not to use the shower. My take - only if you're desperate. Read more

False advertisement. Stayed for 5 minutes and checked right back out. There was a 2 in. gap between the floor and bottom of door, microwave was falling apart and there were cigarette burns in the comforter of a NONSMOKING room.
