The king size bed was very very comfortable as well as the pillows. The room was very clean and the service was great. It wasn't that far from Old Town St. Augustine so that was a plus, and for the right price this place was a steal.

Solid for the money. The area wasn't bad an it was a short drive to both the beaches and the historic area. It's no luxury hotel, but it did have a clean king bed.

The toilet in the room we had didn't work and the sheets and pillows stink. Then we had to switch rooms and the air conditioning in this room barly worked and was so loud I could barly sleep.

You get what you pay for. This hotel is old and rundown in all areas. If you just need a place to put your head down, its fine. If you are looking for a good experience I would suggest spending a little more somewhere else.

The motel was not clean at all, the attendant was not in the office when we arrived at 9:00pm. There were 3 different groups of people waiting in the lobby for anyone to help us. Ended up standing there for 20 minutes before he showed up. Room was not well kept and dirty. We were only staying for an overnight stop on our way to the Keys and it was late […] so my kids were exhausted or I would have demanded my money back and driven to another hotel. Don't judge this hotels by the photos. The photos make it se decent but the reality is that this place is a mess and the staff is horrible. The carpet was sticky and matted, there was urine on the toilet, the door handle would stick in the open position, there were pry marks on the door, and to top it off the coffee pot still had coffee it in all be […] it covered in mold. The blankets are super thin I asked for an extra one and the manager stared at me without answering, I asked again and was informed my room already had two blankets because there are two beds. I explained there were 4 in the room he replied by saying the hotels does not keep extra blankets or sheets. How do they replace them after each guest if there are no extras? When the office was told about the mold in the coffee pot the manager informed us that we could buy coffee at ihop. I forgot to mention our non smoking no pet room smelled like a wet dog had been chain smoking in there for days. Avoid this place!!!!!! Read more

Days inn had a very reasonable rate and was not too far from any of the attractions of St. Augustine, It was also located right off of I-95 so it was great for getting back on the road. This place needs a serious remodel and/or change of management. Room smelled horrible. The a/c in the room never would work properly so we were hot all night. Sheets had rips in it. I was in St. Augustine to attend a conference at the hotel at World Golf Village. Rather than staying at the quite expensive hotel there, I was able to find this Days Inn which was within 10 minutes of the meeting venue. It is also close to downtown. The hotel is located right off the interstate so there is a lot of foot traffic. Getting to the hotel was quick and easy. leaving it the next day was also quick and easy. There was mold growing on the shower, there was a huge hole under the door, somebody barged in our room even though there was a please do not disturb sign on the door, the tv was fuzy and the speakers were blown, the coffee pot was very dirty with old coffee, our feet turned black after walking around in the room bare foot.
