It was comfortable and clean. When returning to the room after being gone for a while, the housekeeper cleaned the room and even put my son blanket on the bed, a nice surprise. Nice to have her take the extra step. We would stay there again.

Rooms need to be taken care of better ... Stains, broken areas, doors tough to shut, tight rooms & bathroom!!! Beds were hard. Staff was good and breakfast was the highlight. The hotel was in need of a major renovation! I was very disappointed in the condition of a Marriott Hotel. The room was not cleaned thoroughly - there was hair in the bathtub of my bathroom.

The room was a little small, but it had a king size bed in it, so the bed was the largest item in the room. The walls are thin and noise travels from either side and from above. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of choices. Cereal, Danish, assorted Begals, Pancakes, Eggs, and Juices.

Hotel is really showing it's age and the bathroom is really small. I will say the hotel staff is very nice and prompt. The only issue I really have with this hotel is getting out of it, if you try to turn left to go toward Ford road during anytime of busy traffic...good luck.

Enjoyed a wonderful evening out. Hotel was convienent to the evenings activities. Morning breakfast was well stocked (though there were no available tables) Took our breakfast snacks back to our room Wish this location had an indoor pool / whirlpool-spa, as the outdoor pool is only available here in Michigan about 4 months .

The room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. I liked having the continental breakfast area. The only drawback to the room was the size. Sometimes it was tough to navigate a narrow pathway and small bathroom area with 2 people. However the positives outweigh the negatives.

Carpet felt wet, pillows were not comfortable, microwave kept beeping for no reason and had to unplug, and noisy floors in room above us. Breakfast was pretty good though. Area is good for shopping.

My experience was tainted by the feeling of indifference of the front desk clerk who did not seem to care that I needed a closer parking spot than all the way around the building. If she could have switched my room or allowed me to park in the office area parking spot it would have made all the difference. I am disabled and unable to walk all that way. […] I ended up needing to allow my unlicensed child to park my car after letting me out near our room. It was the only way I was able to access my room at all. I had already driven all around the hotel for an hour. Really was upset after all of that.. The bathroom toilet area is EXTREMELY SMALL. Basically on par with a Courtyard only w/o the in room desk or accessible outlets. They upgraded us to an inside room (3rd floor) and double queen, which was nice. Breakfast was very good with choice and fresh options. The staff was unusually nice for a low cost hotel.

This was the worst Marriott chain hotel I've stayed at. It was not very clean and our door lock had to be jimmied to get it to lock. Room was very small. We only stayed on our way to the airport but it was more of a caliber of a "cheap motel" than a Fairfield. Very disappointing.

Not a dump and not pristine, just somewhere in between. To let the reader understand the perspective that my review comes from, I have stayed in maybe one or two hotels (in my mid-low end of the budget range) that I felt comfortable in and fully enjoyed. The many others fall into different levels of being able to tolerate. Most hotels use too much detergent, […] so I wasn't surprised at the overbearing smell of the room to my nose, and having a window that doesn't open doesn't help. If you like to know that you room is thoroughly cleaned, the smell wasn't the only evidence, as it seemed fairly clean.
