The area is located just off the highway and the property was very clean, they have outside doors so there is some type of privacy , fireplaces , two level rooms , its a converted apartment complex . they have upgraded everything i enjoyed my stay it made home feel a little closer . i will be staying here again!

We stayed one night in a bottom floor room since my husband is handicapped. Someone was walking around above us for 2 hours from 10-12 at night. We could hear every footstep. If we stayed there again I would ask for a top floor room and have my husband CRAWL up the stairs! Never again. On the other hand, The breakfast was fantastic!

I was very impressed with everything about the hotel. It is set up like a small villiage with a series of 4-plex units. The suite was spacious and had everything I needed, including a fire place. The complimentary breakfast bar was outstanding. I got the very cheep Expedia weekend rate, which was great as well.

My main complaint is that the room seemed to be poorly insulated. The sliding glass door and the front door seemed to be the culprits. In Denver, during the winter, that means cold air when you really don't want it. Otherwise, turn up the heat and enjoy this Residence Inn. We did!

Great as we used for a hub sightseeing in the area. Buffet breakfast had large variety, staff was all helpful. Quiet at night. Pool was out of season, but we would stay again. Easy access to freeways. Safeway about a half mile away if you need grooceries. They also offer room service and grocery delivery but we didn't use it this time. FYI We had a […] studio suite; queen bed in the large room with sofa sleeper and kitchen area. There were 3 of us so we would have liked to upgrade to a room with a bit more privacy for the 3rd person but you can't when you book through Expedia. It was good anyway. Read more

Our purpose of the stay was a concert at Fiddlers Green. This worked out perect, it is 1 block from the concert. We grilled food and relaxed by the pool, got ready and went to the concert. After the concert we sat by the fire in the relaxing furniture. This beats driving and paying for parking.

Could have been much better. Bed comfortable but small. Was given a noisy street facing corner unit even as we stayed three weeks. Noisy water heater unit and bath light arrangements. Cleanless of outside areas not optimal. (mounds of cigarette butts and fruit skins were noticed outside our unit thru our entire stay. During our stay had to ask for specific […] room cleaning at least 5 times. Construction work went on in outside areas for an entire week of our stay. This hotel was a great surprise. It is a converted apartment complex. The staff is friendly and helpful (well beyond regional standard). The rooms are clean,comfortable, and well appointed. Would have been perfect except for cold air coming in from fireplace. No cover (glass door) on fireplace, flu doesn't completely seal. With cold winds blowing this causes a very cold draft through room. Had to turn heater up high (74 degrees) to make room liveable. That must cost your company plenty in heating bills.

As a last minute choice for our New Year's Eve plans couldn't be more delighted. This is in the PERFECT location for plans that include jumping on light-rail to head downtown. It was a 2 minute walk to the light-rail station from front door. The room boast beautiful colors, a kitchen that makes you want to cook, and a cozy living room/ sleeping area […] that makes you want to forget your plans of going out. For a couple the studio is divine--just the right size to make you spend time TOGETHER. The place is clean, functional, and friendly. The privacy aspect of the Studio set up beats a normal hotel any day! This will most definitely become part of a tradition of needed occasional get-aways from the same ol' routine of kids, jobs, groceries and laundry... even if it just down the street. Read more

I would definitely recommend this hotel. I booked my stay on the way through Denver to Albuquerque and wished I had booked it for the way back also. Very friendly, very clean, nice atmosphere. The room was clean and very big. It had the bedroom upstairs, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen with silverware and cookware, a fridge, microwave and a nice TV. The bedroom being upstairs was nice because we could leave our luggage out of the way and not taking up space in the living area. I notified the front desk and she apparently called them to tell them not to smoke in the room.
