This trip was actually interesting. We came for the weekend and our one year older daughter needed up getting sick in the middle of the night. Room service came immediately and changed our bed sheets and cleaned up quickly and efficient. They also sent someone to check on us afterwards. Everyone was really polite and professional. "Service Is Not Ritz Carlton Quality"
Reserved a two bedroom suite for myself and an employee so we would have separate sleeping areas and bathrooms. When we went to pull the sofa bed out at 11 pm after a long day of work and an hour and a half wait for room service, we found it unmade. We called housekeeping to have them come and make the bed and they told us they would be up immediately. […] Twenty minutes later, nothing. We called back and requested a rollaway bed to save time. They told us they would be up right away. Twenty minutes later, nothing. As I was calling to tell housekeeping nevermind (my employee had fallen asleep on the bare mattress), the guy finally shows up. The next morning as we leave, we alert the front desk of the situation. She tells us the sofa bed will be made up. Upon returning to the suite at the end of the day, we pull the bed out and it's not made. We call again as we're leaving for dinner. When we return, the bed is made, but only with a flat sheet, and army blanket and one pillow. The mattress is bowed in the middle. We were so tired that my employee did sleep in the bed but halfway through the night, she folded it up because it was so uncomfortable. The bartender in their restaurant acted very strange when I ordered a non-alcoholic beverage with my meal. She looked at me like I had three heads and when she brought the drink said, "here's your drink without alcohol. I don't know why."
