"Outstanding Hotel"

Everything is great about this hotel. We loved the quiet, well-designed room. The location was superb and the staff were very helpful. The waterside cafe is a pleasure to sit,drink and relax in as is the small Smoker's Bar.

Jeg har i de sidste 15 år været i Hamborg et par gange om året og kendte gennem familie i byen til Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten som byens absolut bedst beliggende og mest eksklusive hotel. Hotellet levede på alle måder op til min opfattelse. Beliggenheden direkte til Alsteren og i umiddelbar nærhed af de eksklusive forretningsgader taler for sig selv. Samtidig er hotellet ualmindeligt smukt og smagfuldt indrettet, og værelset var uden tvivl det mest indbydende, jeg har boet på (og jeg har boet på en række 5 stjernede hoteller tidligere). Meget venlig og opmærksom betjening. Jeg vil uden tvivl vælge hotellet fremover.

Vier Jahreszeiten i Hamburg er et fantastisk klassisk hotel med en helt uovertruffen service. Det gælder lige fra dørmanden til receptionen og stuepigen. Restauranterne er også uovertrufne. Priserne for mad - herunder morgenmad er utroligt høje - men det er kvaliteten til gengæld også, så det er trods alt OK. Et perfekt valg for den ultimative forkælelse

"A dream that came true"

We ordered this - for an ordinary middle class family - a little expensive hotel. It was all worth it. We had always dreamed of getting a night at the legendary hotel, but prices held us. In a random search on “Hotels.com” we discovered that the offers were to be found there and not directly at the hotel webpage. We are not the typical 4 Jahrezeiten guests, among other things we have two teenage boys. Yet there was a fantastic treatment throughout. The Hotel service takes care of luggage even if you arrive to early, your car is parked and everything is done with a friendly smile. Rooms - even the "small" as we lived in - are spacious and equipped with internet, TV, nice bathroom with all in soaps, etc. And magnificent beds! Exercise room is well equipped and the hotel is right in the middle of Hamburg's best shopping. We have not used the hotel restaurant when the restaurant's guests after all should not to be bothered with us in casual wear, but their breakfast buffet is highly reccomendable. Can’t wait to come back. Hopefully 2 nights again next year in connection with the summer holiday.

"Erste Adresse in Hamburg mit Zentraler Lage"

Tolles Hotel, allerdings mit einer Einschränkung: Unser Zimmer lag gegenüber der Frühstücksküche im 2. Stock. Dort klapperten ab 6:45 Uhr Teller und Besteck bei offener Tür. Zi. 240 und Umgebung sollte man also meiden, wenn man langschläfer ist. Ich habe mir den Bereich sperren lassen, sodass ich bei der kommenden Buchung nicht mehr im gleichen Flügel residiere. Sonst aber ein super Hotel.

Vor siebzehn Jahren habe ich schon geträumt bei diesem Hotel irgendwann uebernachten zu koennen. Damals, habe ich gedacht, ich werde lieber in diesen Hotel die WC uebernachten als unsere schlechtes hotel. Alles ist perfekt bei diesem Hotel. Es gibt nichts was man kritisieren kann. You get more for what you pay for. Service, und Komfort ist absolut spitzenklasse. Die Lage ist auch in ein tollen Viertel. Ich werde gerne nochmal hin wenn ich die Chance habe! Einfach klasse.

Værelset var ualmindeligt lækkert med walk-in closet osv. Dog savnede jeg faciliteter til at kunne lave en kop kaffe i værelset. Det hører ganske enkelt til på hoteller af den standard.
