For the price the hotel was fine but for the karaoke music that was played outside in the street by the hotel at very high volume until way past midnight. Do not stay in this hotel if you want to sleep before 1 AM.

La limpieza del cuarto fue buena, la cama comoda, el aire acondicionado era muy ruidoso. A nuestra llegada quisieron cambiar mi tipo de habitación y después de discutir me dieron lo que pedí. Un hotel promedio, ni bueno ni malo; algo para pasar una noche y disfrutar el centro de Villahermosa que está a tan solo unos pocos metros.

Por parte del Hotel todo ok, pero se sorprendieron mucho por la tarfia que pague y ademas no tenian idea ni confirmacion de que lo que pague tenia desayuno incluido. Dijeron que ellos no lo manejan asi.

Al hacer la reserva x teléfono en hoteles.com, pregunté si incluía desayuno y me confirmaron que sí, al llegar al hotel me dijeron que NO. De igual forma en la página de Internet muestran que la habitación incluye horno de microondas y frigobar y solo tenía cafetera, esto fue decepcionante.

Tiene muy buena ubicación en el centro de la ciudad y los alrededores son agradables aunque bulliciosos por la noche. Hay cucarachas en el baño. En general parece un antiguo buen hotel en decadencia pues el mantenimiento deja mucho que desear.
