"Not what expected"
Too high on cost for a small room and a late check in. Hard to find the valet parking. I imagine you pay for the location.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"great mattress: MUCH thicker than the walls!"
Loved our room, tiny but nice. Bathroom same. Small but well appointed. Bed was great. Fell sound asleep until the neighbors came home. They weren't loud. But I heard every word they said. Then, when the other neighbors woke early, I heard their conversations and TV. Beautiful hotel but bring your noise machine or your earplugs.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Room, Beautiful Hotel!"
We had a perfect time, and it started immediately with the man at the front desk, who was charming to my wife and a gracious first contact at the hotel. It was Valentine's Day, and although we didn't order anything special, we had Champagne, chocolate covered pretzels and berries awaiting us in the room. It was a very nice touch. We loved the Art Deco […] design. The age of the hotel was not a factor in its appearance. It was very well maintained. This was among the nicest places we have ever stayed. The rooms are very small. The valet parking situation is ridiculous. We called their automated parking service about 15 minutes BEFORE we wanted the car and then waited for about 25 minutes. So, it took almost an hour to obtain the car!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice location, but not worth it"
While the location of the hotel is nice, the room leaves little to be desired. It is a very tiny room, there was a hole cut under the bathroom door large enough that a towel had to be stuffed under it to have any amount of privacy in the bathroom, the bed was a full sized bed, not a queen - and definitely not the most comfortable bed I've slept in. […] If that wasn't enough, the lack of sleep that we got because of the night club near by blaring their music (I could hear the lyrics) sealed the deal for us. I do have to say, the lobby of the hotel is extremely beautiful. I just wish that beauty was carried up to their hotel rooms! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good location, easy to find."
Hotel was great. Some noise in the middle of the night b/c of the age of the building and the HVAC was acting up all night.Genuine Expedia guest review
Wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel. Staff was excellent. Only down side was a snow storm and it was do cold outside the room got a little chilly and the. The heater did not shut off. Other than that everything was excellentGenuine Expedia guest review
"Historic (1930) hotel in Cincinnati"
Beautiful old hotel, nicely updated rooms. Entrance is a little confusing to find, and there are a lot of stairs to climb to the lobby. Once there, though, the hotel is like a journey to 1930. The dining room, Orchid's, is excellent! Good service, excellent food, and the staff doesn't rush you. My new girl friend and I had a five-hour dinner on a Friday […] night-so enjoyable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Only downside was breakfast ordered from the menu-better to do the buffet. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Beautiful, historic style with modern amenities."
Attended a conference. Staff was quite proud of hotel's heritage and was knowlegeable of its history. The waitstaff at conference meals was very attentive, cheerful, and helpful - the best I've ever seen. Also, the food was the classiest and tastiest I've had at a conference. Our corner room was nice and comfortable. The art deco restoration throughout […] the hotel is beautiful and even though the style is 1930's, the bathroom fixtures are new. "Not a lot of bang for your buck."
It's just Cincinnati (Don't get me wrong, amazing city! And I'll be back!) But I say this regarding the fact that it's not a mega city where every city hotel is at a premium. (e.g. Chicago, San Fran, etc) For a one night stay I paid $150 (less tax) for a one room, queen, closet sized space. The bathroom was as big as my closet at home. Honestly for […] that price I thought I was splurging and was expecting nicer, loftier accommodations. My expectations fell extremely short. I was charged 75 cents for making a local call to order pizza. (Really Hilton, are we nickel and diming now?) I was charged $25.50 for valet/overnight parking. The hotel was also stomping grounds to hundreds of little cheerleaders in town for a competition. Which I didn't mind because the information book about the hotel said guests under 14 are not allowed in the pool or spa area. Heading down to the pool / spa area my partner and I hear a cacophony of HoneyBooBoos running amok. Later from the room I called at 1030 (it closed at 11pm on Saturdays) and the gym/pool attendant confirmed they were still there. No mention as to why they were allowed access in the first place. Next time in Cincy, the Hilton won't be getting my 75 cents. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Great hotel right in the heart on Cincy"
My wife and I booked this hotel in January for our stay during the Bengals/Chargers playoff game and we could not have been happier with our choice. The staff at this hotel was one of nicest of any hotel I've stayed at. Very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for a Bengals game, just blocks from Paul Brown Stadium. The walk from the […] hotel to the stadium is about 5-10 minutes. The hotel is very clean and has a shopping center attached to it which my wife enjoyed. Also located right across the street from Fountain Square. Parking was easy, we parked in the garage right next to the hotel (I forget the name of it) and there were plenty of spots. It did cost $15 per night but I didn't find that overly expensive compared to back home in Washington DC where parking can be twice that. The only small issue we had was the heater in our room wasn't working properly. We let the front desk know and within minutes someone was up to repair it and it was working fine again within 15 minutes. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel in downtown Cincy, we really get a lot of bang for your buck here. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Convenient to many attractions in Cincinnati"
It was the most beautiful hotel that we've visited. Very interesting 1931 style of mostly French Art Deco. And the connection to the Tower next door was great. We were there during frigid temperatures and did not have to venture outdoors!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

This was a lovely little getaway spot. It's right in the center of everything downtown and the historic qualities of the building are very high. It's amazing that this hotel is still standing after 80 years and is still in near-mint condition. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. It's a typical downtown "luxury" hotel in that […] they charge you for parking, internet, etc. The room was also a little small, but this is to be expected in a hotel of its age. We booked this hotel for its downtown proximity to activities. We secured two queen rooms which were both rather small, but expected given the age of the hotel. "Great downtown location"
Beautiful old hotel with updates. It's very upscale, no casual dining but there are places just a short walk away. Location was great and we walked around. It's nice to see a downtown area that is flourishing and still has a shopping district. The hotel staff was very pleasant. Our room was on the 29th floor, view was okay, over construction site. Our […] hallway smelled musty, but friends who were on 6th floor, theirs did not. The room was very small but adequate as we were just in there to sleep and change. I find it a bit funny that they charge for internet service when lower rated hotels/motels (i.e. Comfort Inns) do not. Loved the sky walks to walk from different buildings in the downtown area. Made it very convenient in the cold weather! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Got upgraded to a suite!"
My husband and I attended a wedding at the Omni last Saturday night and decided to spend the night. Upon check-in we were told there were no more king sized rooms available so the woman working at the desk stepped out to talk to her manager and came back to report they were upgrading us to a suite. Great views from the 23rd floor!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
went to check out the casino & explore down town. hotel was right in the heart of it all. convenient free shuttle picks up about every half hour to the casino. great staff, clean room, comfy bed & a view of the river & stadium from our room. great time at the bar, make it down early for breakfastGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Elegant hotel located Downtown"
The hotel is a magnificent jewel in the Hilton brand. Our check-in was quick and Anastasia gave us a room that overlooked the river. The hotel itself is not a modern hotel but shows great detail all the way through. With marble and dark mahagohny wood all throughout, it is a testament to the craftsmanship that was used to build the hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review
"A Grand Old Lady"
It is a kick to stay in this grand old dam of a Hotel. High ceilings, spacious rooms, ours had three walk in closets. The towels are made for Hilton and wonderful thick, long and luxurious. Of course for downtown Cincinnati, the location could not be better and the staff is well trained and professional. Our room rate for two double beds was only $167 […] which seem pretty low to me although I have not tested it against any other downtown Cinci hotels. The interior space here is a glory to behold and even if you are just passing by it is worth your time to peak into the Palm Court, the Netherland’s grand lobby from the 1930s. The French Art Deco setting is a Registered Historic Landmark and truly beautiful. Not so good is the noise level. In spite of the solid wood doors we could hear our neighbors talking in the next room in what sounded like normal voices and the tacked on charges. Expect to pay $12 for a day’s high speed internet connection and $3 for the bottles of water they leave in your room. Valet parking is extra too. This brings the per night fees up to around $200 which I guess is still not that bad. These "not so good" features mean that this place if far from perfect. I am rating it "very good" because there is no way in the world that it is "average" in any way. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

The hotel location downtown is great. While the Art Deco interior is charming, the quality of the rooms are very dated in not a pleasant way. I was most disappointed that the gym closed before 9pm.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location, confusing layout"
The hotel itself is in a phenomenal location, and the room was very clean, with an updated but retro feel. "Great location downtown"
The stay was great but the service was alittle difficult. I left some items in my room and I was there after I checked out for three hours. I did not receive a call that I had left them. I would've been able to come back to the hotel and get them. Me and my fiancé wanted to have breakfast and asked the server about the continental breakfast. they said […] it was from 7 to 11.
