Most of the elevator's signaling sytems were not working. Standing in the lobby you could not know if the elevators are going up, down, or which one was going to serve your floor. You had to ask the people inside the elevator where the elevator was headed!!! Requested a Bellboy to carry my Luggages to my room, nobody showed up. This hotel is not the best Crowne Plaza i saw. Crazy nice lobby for sure, with beautiful garden. Room a bit out of age furnitures ; bathroom, clothe storage....no mini bar (event if paid, no ant drinks available in the room). Compared to same hotel in China, not same level....

Great experience!! From the telephone assisted reservations, to check-in, to check-out, staff was great, friendly, helpful. Room was excellent, comfortable, spacious and extremely clean. Close to interstate, MARTA, shopping and restaurants. Will definitely be back!

I had a couple of days in HotLanta and needed a place that was near a Marta station and not horribly expensive. The Crowne Plaza fit that to a T. They do have a shuttle that runs between MARTA and the Hotel, but I elected to walk instead. It was a long 2 blocks in the Hotlanta sun. Marta cost $2.50 and 35-minutes. That alone is worth something. You […] can't touch that time in a car. The room was large and spacious, and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. I had breakfast downstairs, and have no complaints. The Buffet was (IMHO) a bit spendy, and there was little there that I could eat (lactose intolerance). The hotel lobby is large and comfy, with a sort-of indoor garden with a waterfall. There's a coffee-bar and bar-bar on the lobby level, and a bistro and italian restaurant below the lobby level. There is a computer in the lobby with an attached printer so you can print your boarding pass. I marked them down because they charge for internet access. While I understand their need for revenue, I think this should come with the room, just like runnning water. The perimiter mall is right across Ashford Dunwoody, and it offers a nice selection of shops and food choices in their food court. There are also other restaurants nearby. The sheets had holes in them. I ran out of shampoo and it wasn't replace 1 shampoo per room, that even with tipping $10.00 a day. I guess they don't know that tipping ahead mean "To Insure Proper Service" this hotel has gone down hill in two short years. The hotel is large, and in a great location. The hotel was of a 3.5 star standard; however, the rooms were of a 2.5 star quality. Nothing better than a motel 6. I prefer a hotel of better quality and comfort. The shuttle service is limited to the direct area.

Well room was to have complimentary robes they were not in room. Water was also not in room. Front desk was very helpful. When received robes they are one size and i am 5"9" tall waist 36 where a med or large shirt and they did not fit.

Have stayed there several times and always find it an excellent place to stay when working in the area. Large facility with all business amenities and within walking distance to the Mall and or restaurants in the Mall. Beatifull pathways in the rear of the building if you wish to walk to the Ravinia buildings.
