The hotel overall was fine. They had amenities and toilteries that were complimentary like soaps and razors. The only thing I didn't like about this place was that they had a lot of people staying or parking for the Red Sox games who were very loud and inconsiderate, often times yelling, running and screaming at 2 am without much concern from the hotel […] staff. The only reason you should be staying at this hotel is because you want an awesome Fenway experience. If you are staying here for any other reason you will probably be disappointed. The staff was nice, but not great. The room was in pretty poor condition for the price, but clean enough. Fenway Park was right out our window. Amazing View!

Been a fan since 1967. This was my first game at Fenway. You have the greatest of locations but the quailty of your hotel needs improving to reflect the price per room that you are charging. Hotel customers also shouldn't have to pay for parking.

OK- Staff (one particular member of the staff) was incredibly crass and unfriendly, although she did handle my request but not after some serious complaining about it. Room looks like it hadn't been updated since 1971. It was warm the day we booked and was told the air conditioning was not turned on yet. And thus we had a very warm room and could not […] open the windows to at least let some cool air in. They did offer up a fan that helped a little. The yellow dinge of the room was bit depressing, but like I said in my title, I didn't expect a whole lot. Overall, I'd only use this place for home base during red sox games as the back parking lot is actually adjacent to the park. Great location. It was the least expensive room we could find reasonably downtown rather than the suburbs. It was about 10 minutes from the subway and about 5 minutes from the hop-on, hop-off tourist trolley stop. It also really is right next to Fenway. Most attractions are further downtown but transportation was easy. That said, however, there is a big quality sacrifice […] to go along with the decent location at this price. Some of the outlets did not work. The hot water and the corridors had the same bizarre odor. The front desk people were ok but our maid was rude. The beds were very hard. No free breakfast was offered and there is a $20 per day charge for parking. On the upside, the room was very clean. The room was not comfortable but despite all these flaws I would consider staying here again for the lower price and location - in the end it was worth it not having a long trip into town to do our sightseeing. I stayed here for three days, the experience was awful! 1. The heat didn't work on our first day.. 2. When I realized the house keeping forgot to give us bottle water for the next day, I have to wait for 1 hr until they send bottle water to my room. 3. Parking is extremely expensive, $20 per night. 4. Terrible service attitude!

I had two big problems with this place. First, the heat did not work so I was cold all night. Second, the halls were extremely noisy till about 2:30am and I couldn't sleep. This was not even close to a Red Sox game so I can't imagine how noisy it would be on one of those nights. So overall this was a pretty rotten experience.

You can't beat it for the price and location. Next to two T stops. I had to stay here for 2 weeks while on business and there great places the eat including the Chinese restaurant on site.

Scratchy sheets, barely working toilet, exterior security doors broken, electrical outlets not working,etc. We were on a super tight budget so we stayed here. It was barely adequate, but you get what you pay for and this hotel was definitely near the bottom of the barrel.

Hotel is a good price for its location, but as a single female traveller, I didn't feel safe here. Hallways smelt faintly of smoke, too. The walk to the closest T stop was a little far, particularly in winter weather.

Well Boston is expensive. If you are alone- a man, want to save a buck and want to be near Fenway then this hotel is ok. It is kind of run down but clean enough. The front staff was nice.
