Renovation nearly complete. Few finishing touches missing from one room but not from the other. Exterior door near pool had no latch or handle and was propped most of the time, leading to security concerns. Main entrance incomplete and and unusable. Temporary entrance to side not clearly marked.

Aside for the cheap price I found the room disappointing. Floor was not vacuum and food box under the bed. Housekeeping probably had not been to this room. I booked through Expedia who failed to inform potential customers that the hotel was ynder cunstruction and the pool was unusable and full of construction debris. And the free continental breakfast was a box of stale danish and a gallon of milk sitting by the front desk.

I did not feel safe at this hotel. I don't think it is in a great neighborhood. The first night we got there, there were people just hanging around outside, looking quite suspicious. I also saw a girl dressed like a hooker coming out of the hotel, which made me think we were in the wrong place. Our hallway smelled of weed and looked horrible (granted, […] the hotel was under some reconstruction, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt in that case). The doors didn't have brass letters, but instead had label stickers with the room number on them (this could also be due to their reconstruction). Our room was clean and pretty comfortable, for the state of the hotel itself, so I was pleasantly surprised at that. Our A/C worked fine, but wished the pool wasn't under reconstruction. I guess we got what we paid for, but this is probably the worst hotel I've stayed at for that price, so I will be sure to do more research next time I'm in the area. Read more

The hotel was under construction but the room was clean and cold (a good thing in the summer). Kind of shady looking people outside the hotel at all hours of the day but they didnt bother anyone. It was worth the price.

The hotel is located behind a inventory and was not fully constructed (or not sure if they were try to fix the structure). The hotel location did not look safe to me and the ambiance was poor. There was no microwave and refrigerator in the room as advertised. I would not recommend staying in this hotel.

While some concession can be made because they were renovating the building, the half I was staying in still had rooms available and they were in sad condition. They should have at least given a discounted rate. Upon finally finding the hotel (not very visible signs from the road), I checked in and was informed that the hotel was under construction and that my room was located on the second floor. Minor inconvenience but it was not a big deal. We got upstairs to discover that the rooms were not properly numbered that there were sticky notes on the doors indicating […] the room numbers. We got in to the room to find that the room was freezing, the thermometer registered a temp of 52 degrees. Completely ridiculous. This was about 830pm, the room did not hit a temp of 66 degrees until about 3:30am. The security latch on the door was non-functioning due to the piece on the door being missing. When I went to tuck my daughter into bed I discovered that the comforter on her bed had numerous cigarette burns all over it. The same was discovered about my bed. The next morning when we went downstairs to have breakfast before we headed to the children's hospital I discovered that their breakfast was lacking in many ways. The milk was sitting out on the counter, no clue how long it had been there. There was 3 containers of cereal but no way to serve it and the few pastries that were sitting out were frozen. The juice machine offered 2 types of juice and was unfortunately out of both. When I brought it to the attention of the desk clerk I was told someone would get to it...we were in the lobby for almost 30 minutes waiting for the car service to pick us up and she never filled the machines. This experience was over all very upsetting and completely disappointing. I would definitely think twice before I ever booked lodging at a Days Inn, and there is no way I would ever stay at this one again. I love hotels.com, but this hotel was horrible. Read more

I guess the first clue was the taped on door number. Next there still was trash in the room and the toilet cover was not attached. The shower curtain was falling off the wall. Stayed in this hotel while going thru Cincinnati. The hotel appears to have recently changed ownership and is under construction. The state of the hotel is very bad. This hotel is a must stay for people anyone who likes to keep it real. If you are not one of those people, you will not like this place. Here are some of the touches I particularly appreciated: a party bus that had stopped at an adjoining bar called Hooligans, the door numbers were on pieces of paper affixed to the doors with various kinds of tape (scotch, […] electric, masking), a cigarette burn on the toilet seat, and what looked like the blood on the ceiling. The people were truly friendly, and told us we should look at the room before we made our final decision. They were surprised when we decided to stay. The only reason we stayed was because I had already paid for it and don't have the budget to go to another hotel. The hotel is under serious renovations. Although the room itself was somewhat updated, it was not clean. The neighborhood is far from scenic and a little sletchy to be honest. Close to highway but that's the only plus. To sum it up in one word; disgusting.
