I had very low expectations when I booked this hotel by reading all the reviews. The decor was extremely out dated. However the room was very clean. We had two full bathrooms and the bed was pretty comfy. Even had spacious balcony. Staff was wonderful. Very kind and informative. Bottom line. Nothing fancy, clean & spacious room with kind staff.

The room was everything I could ask for, and plenty of space. The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous (Thanks Todd and Bryan!) I was a little disappointed with the pool and fitness area, but the room was quiet and location was close to everything I was interested in.

It is difficult to find anything redeeming about this place. The valet and the clerk who "welcomed" us were both rude and unfriendly. The room was smelly with poor air flow and an air conditioner that did not cool the bedroom. Maintenance explained that it was working as good as possible since our unit shared its air conditioning with the unit next […] door. They "generously" provided a little table fan and thought that was good enough. The mattress in the bedroom was too hard for me to sleep on and the room was too hot due to the poor airflow so I got the hideabed while my husband got the bedroom...a great way to spend our 40th anniversay. The carpet was indoor outdoor quality that looked about 20 years old and also looked to have about that many years worth of dirt embedded in it. The "full kitchen" was a joke with very old appliances, a tiny sink, a mini refrigerator, and a few dishes. So although it ended up costing us more, we ate out or brought in take out the entire time we were there. And, while they did provide a room safe for security, they tried to schedule for their staff to enter our unit 4 out of the six days we were there for various reasons. Not the kind of place you want to stay if you value your privacy. Definitely, we would not stay here again and would strongly recommend that others avoid this deception. This was a very poor value for the amount of money spent. Read more

i have stayed here before as a timeshare with a bigger room, this room was a very tight fit no way could 4 people stay in it comfortably.the main bed was a murphy bed as well as a pull out sofa that needed an eggcrate foam, housekeeping did bring one up as the bars were hard.i was sick on my last day there so spent a good amount of time in bed sadly.the […] staff were very accommodating, the furniture is all dated but great location.i wouldnt stay in that particular room long term as it was very compact but if you are only sleeping there at night and doing activities all day its fine. The staff was very kind and helpful. Great location,near hot shopping sites. I wish the pool wasn't on the 26th floor and it was soo breezy, Great view though, at that altitude. It was a nice touch to have a funtional,furnished kitchen and the ABC convenience store was just out the front door for all your needs.. I would stay there again... Mahalo.

Hotel is older but affordable and extremely close to the public beach, Sheraton Waikiki and walking distance to most things in Waikiki. It was nice having a small kitchenette in the room to store water etc. It's not the fanciest place but it's a good place to stay if you're planning on spending your time outside or at the beach vs in the room.

An Older time share property. You cannot expect more from a 2 or 2 1/2 star hotel than a place to sleep. And in Hawaii, isn't that what you want? Just a place to sleep. Customer service was excellant, management and staff were the most helpful I have ever delt with. The rooms could use some updating, paint, kitchen and bathrooms. Location is perfect, one block from the beach and 1.3 miles to the zoo. Easy walking distance.

Pleasing vacation location with excellent service from all staff from front desk to tour advisor. Only possible negative was that we requested a room with view of Waikiki beach, similar to the one on the brochure. I guess we did get a beach view but it was only about 5 degrees between highrises, not the 180 degree vire on the web site. Location great, beach only meters away, ABC store at our front door, The hotel itself is old & tied, the bed was the smallest I've slept in in years. The bathtowels were the same size tea towels. All in all you pay for what you get.

Aloha I would recommend this hotel to everyone - it was very clean and the view from teh 23rd floor overlooking the beach and mountains was breathtaking. I been going to Waikiki since the 70s and you cannot beat this location at about half the price of the Outrigger Reef On The Beach. ここはホテルのようなサービスを求める方には不向きだと思います。逆にそのようなサービスを求め無いのであれば最良であると思います。タオル等は毎日変えてくれませんので必要なら3Fのハウスキーパーまで行って交換してもらうことになりますが、スタッフはフレンドリーなので問題ないと思います。また、フロント等のスタッフもフレンドリーですし、こちらがつたない英語で話しかけても言わんとしていることを理解してくれるので滞在中に言葉での不便さは感じませんでした。

お部屋が古いです。コンドとは言え、キッチンも汚くて、全て使いたくない。ホテル料金が現地払いの為、当初伝えられていた金額より、大幅にリゾートフィーやら、ホテルフィーやらと＄100程余分に払う羽目になりました。　近隣の安いシェラトンPKや、オハナイースト、ウェストなどに泊まれば良かった。私の選択ミスです。

ビーチ、色々なショップに近く大変便利。リニューアルしたのか部屋やエレベーターは新しい感じです。１０階の道路と反対側で静かでした。景色は無理です２０階以上だとよいかと思います。全体的にリーズナブルな印象を受けます。サービスも適度です。
