"What you might expect in Waterville, Maine"

The deluxe continental breakfast was the best feature of this hotel. There really was a wide selection, even including Jimmy Dean sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches you could heat in the microwave. On the other hand, the heating system in our room was noisy and difficult to control. It over-shot the setting each time it came on, so that the room temperature oscillated from cool to over-heated. (Of course, this may have had something to do with it being minus 6 degrees outside.)

"Better than expected"

I expected the hotel to be in ok condition. However when I arrived I was greeted by the hotel staff and had a fresh baked cookie in the office area. My room was the cleanest room I have stayed at in a while. The bathroom was small however the maid cleaned the it so well the tub looked new. The bed was comfortable with about 6 fluffy comfortable pillows. Lastly the free wifi was nice as I was on a business trip. The rating should be higher.

"Needed a place to eat"

Overall we had a good stay. The only thing that we didn't like was at breakfast. We had our children with us 5 years and 19 months and when we went to get breakfast their was no place for a family to sit. So all 4 of us with our food in tow had to go back to the room. Very annoying!

"Great Restaurant Within Hotel"

The Restaurant connected to this hotel has great home cooked meals and awesome desserts! It is also within walking distance of several other restaurants and several stores, so if you like to shop, this is the place to stay! We were disappointed that their pool is outside...being Central Maine, you obviously cannot use the pool during the fall, winter and spring...if they can enclose the pool, so that people can enjoy year round, I think that would be a big plus for them!

petit dejeuner compris très bien et acces internet ok mais alors l'odeur de la moquette dans les couloirs et l'état de propreté général était tellement beurk !!!!! Notre chambre avait en plus une porte (fermée) qui donnait sur la chambre de notre voisin. Heureusement nous n'y sommes restés qu'une nuit ! Un hotel miteux je trouve.
