I had minimal needs. I needed a hotel close to the airport for an early morning flight. Hotels near airports aren't going to be lavish so that was fine. No expectations there. The most alarming thing was the smell. The hotel is connected to a Japanese restaurant, and the smell of food grilling was overpowering. "Don't be deceived by the name of the hotel...."
Advertised as "Four Points Sheraton Boston Logan Airport", but this is false advertising. It is many miles from the airport (about a 15 minute drive). Incredibly small room with too much furniture crammed into it. Tired old building. The power went out for hours one night. After wandering around and running into construction at the rear of the building, I found my room and was pleasantly surprised. It was super comfy, clean and quiet with plenty of towels. Pro: Hotel service was great. The guys at the front desk are always helpful with the shuttles and general service. The location was a plus cause it was 10 minutes outside of Boston and 15 minutes to airport. The room was big and spacious. Thoroughly enjoyed the king bed. I think all hotels should participate cause it's such a great way to stay green while giving customers an incentive.
