"Good for one night stay before flying"
We stayed just one night before our flights out of Boston Logan Airport. The hotel has a free shuttle that picks up at the airport or Wonderland train station, which is really convenient. The neighborhood around the hotel is sketchy, but the hotel itself is great. Clean, comfortable room, friendly staff.

"Shuttle to airport"
Bit of a dump, but has shuttle to Logan airport and cheaper than the Hyatt. I try to avoid overnights at Logan, but sometimes I have no other options. Have not yet found an airport hotel in Boston that I would recommend.

"Not what we expected"
This was not what we expected and not worth the cost. First, the positive, the staff is very kind and the beds were very comfortable. Now the rest...It was a $25 cab ride from the airport. When we checked in our room was located through the kitchen, down some dingy stairs, into what felt like a basement hallway of about 12 other hotel rooms. The room was fine, but the bathroom appeared really outdated with chipping tiles. In the morning we had no hot water so the hotel staff gave us the use of another room on the other side of the hotel. That side of the hotel was much nicer. In our opinion, the hotel should not use the "east wing" basement rooms, but should stay with the rooms in the main part of the hotel.

"Very, very nice!"
Despite older reviews, our stay was just fine. We had a 5 am flight out and with Uno's next door, our stay was just fine. Staff was super friendly with shuttle and wake-up call help (all we needed them for), room was very new, clean and comfortable. Really, all we needed and more: clean, safe, dry, pretty, friendly and a pool for the grandson. They even offered coffee/tea and muffins at 330 AM for the early travelers, very thoughtful.

"Great Stay"
Early & great breakfast, wireless internet, cleanness of the hotel, and convenient van service to and from the airport made my Boston trip enjoyable. I choose your hotel because it cost a lot less than hotels directly in Boston and yet it was only 12 to 15 minutes away. My next visit to Boston I would definitely stay at Four Points again.

"Sheraton Boston Airport Review."
Sheraton has done a nice job refurbishing this older hotel. Minor cosmetic issues in our room but it was very clean and beds were comfortable. Wifi speed was acceptable. Shuttle to and from the Blue Line and airport was convenient. 10 minutes to the subway. 20 minutes to the airport at rush hour. Shuttle driver was entertaining with a thick Boston accent. Breakfast buffet was included and had hot and cold items. Overall it was a nice stay.

"Boston, Cape Cod and Rhode Island Trip!"
We had a great stay, the room was clean, sorounded with lots of selection restaurants and shuttle bus is an added bunos. We arrive early at the hotel and they let us check in, that was awesome!

"Convenient free shuttle to Logan airport"
We stayed there both before and after an overseas trip. The free shuttle to/from Logan was excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable and the free breakfast was quite adequate.

"My Boston Stay"
Free shuttle service was great and efficient. Also free breakfast had a lot to offer. Room was spacious and comfortable. Shopping center was right next door. Otherwise you will need a taxi or Uber to get around but once I got to an area with public transport it was easy to maneuver. Compared to other hotel prices in Boston area this was a bargain. Exercise room, pool, and free wifi were good. Staff was friendly and helpful and maid service very good. Would definitely recommend

"Horrible Customer Service"
When we arrived they had trouble finding the reservation, the shuttle driver took us to the T station but did not tell us that he does not pick up there and you must go to the airport by T and get the shuttle from there, this caused a great deal of confusion and then after finally getting to the hotel for our second night found our keys to our room did not work and when we went to the desk were told we did not have a reservation - We were told that IF we could produce a copy of the reservation they would have to let us stay. They were rude and arrogant and when we did produce the copy of the reservation made a joke out of the whole incident. The rest of my family stayed there 2 days later and had no problem -- not sure if it was just the customer service people on duty or discrimination as we are a mixed couple - Either way will never stay there again.

"Secret $50 charge"
Debited my credit card $50 just in case I used the phone or room service. They forgot to tell me about that at the front desk when I checked in. Now I have to wait 7 business days to get it reversed. Not nice!

"Offered convenience and transport to airport"
Overall experience was great. They picked our family of four up after we returned our rental car and brought us to airport the next morning. Comfortable amenities but we had to take our own luggage down flight of stairs when we got there, no elevator service on that side. Nice man helped us.

"NICKLED AND DIMED!!!!!"
It was a decent hotel, the hotel staff were quite friendly and worked hard. However, watch out for the hidden cost. My wife called on the hotel phone to the local domino's which they referred us to, and we were billed for a LOCAL PHONE CALL! Quite outrageous.

"Disappointing accommodations for a Sheraton"
We wanted a hotel close to the airport for our last two nights in Boston, so we stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton. There were 3 adults & 2 children, 3 yrs. old & 10 months. We checked into our room, and after getting everything situated with the little ones, my son-in-law used the bathroom. He came out saying there was hair all over the bathroom floor, and on the vanity. Right after that we noticed little curly hairs on the bedspread. The baby was on the floor scooting herself around. Thankfully the carpet seemed to be pretty clean, but she reached under the bed. I looked under it, & it was disgusting. There were large pieces of stuff under there, probably had never been vacuumed. We were leaving for dinner & I advised the front desk that the room needed to be recleaned, including under the beds. We came back & it looked like the bathroom had been cleaned, but they never did vacuum under the bed. Besides that when they made the bed, the comforter was dragging on the floor, which caused me to trip, where I injured my knee. The wing we were in had no ice machine, the halls were unbearably warm & the room needed updating - paint was peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom, & an apparent leak under the sink was fixed with wrapping the pipe & using spray foam. Such a disappointing stay for a Sheraton.

"Nice hotel close to BOS"
The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were surprised to find they served a full, hot breakfast early enough (6 AM) for us to eat it before our flight. They also had coffee and muffins available in the lobby for earlier departures. Our only complaint was that we never received our wake-up call even though I confirmed it with the front desk the night before.

Location was a little further away from the city than we had expected. That being said, the shuttle driver dropped us at a train station just a 10 minute drive from the hotel, instead of making us go all the way to the airport. He was very helpful!

"Nice hotel, but not super close to airport"
The hotel was clean and the Tim was spacious. The air conditioner worked great and the pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean without reeling of bleach. Although it is not very close to the airport, the shuttles leave frequently and the drivers are very nice. Great interactions with the front desk staff :-) The breakfast was okay, but hey it was free. A very decent place to stay and a great value in the middle of summer.

"Convenient To Logan and good Shuttle Service"
The hotel is convenient to Logan with reliable friendly shuttle service. The surrounding neighborhood is not a "tourist destination". We paid for a King but the only one available (could be that it was the only one available through Hotels.com?) was in the basement and very dark.

"A very old hotel"
We got a room in the basement with no elevator. It might be a storage area being converted into hotel rooms. Its too expensive for such standard. We were mislead by Sheraton name

"My stay was great..!"
It was a great experience. The hotel stay was overall a nice experience. They have a complimentary shuttle bus to the airport every 30 min which was a plus. ill probably come back here when ill be in MA again in the future.

The hallway to our room was very hot and humid. Our room was ok but the air conditioner was loud and our bathroom door was broken. We asked to have these things fixed but they didn't get to them so they changed us to another room. The staff was ok but very busy all the time. Had a shuttle driver that was "angry"

"Convenient for Logan"
This is a reasonably priced hotel with good accomodations, pleasant staff and clean/comfortable rooms. It takes a few minutes to get to and from the airport..shuttle is good....but overall a good place to stay if you have to be near the airport.

"Noisy"
They placed us in the first room next to the lobby. Loud and very noisy all night. Storage closet was across the hall and staff were in and out of there all night. Around 5 AM a staff member was walking around whistling. When we mentioned it to the front desk she jokingly said "next time will give you a different room" and laughed. Considering we were trying to get a good night sleep before we traveled we did not think it was funny.

"Good but...."
I found the hotel to be good but our keys stopped working after the first night. The breakfast was supposed to be opened at 6 and it did not open until 7. There were not enough towels for 4 adults but we were easily able to get them.

"Not a Sheraton"
Sheraton should audit this hotel. It does not deserve the Sheraton name. The Internet didn't work. The air conditioner didn't work. The TV was so dark I thought I was going blind. The neighborhood is scary. The hotel sits next to a dangerous looking mall.
