It was New Years Eve. At 3 am a couple was given "card" access to my room. They some how "picked" the latch up in my room and gained access to it. I was standing in my underware as they entered the room. I herd them "picking" the lock as it alarmed me. I had my daughter in there with me. I screamed. WE HAD TO CHANGE ROOMS 3 TIMES. THE FIRST ROOM, THE WINDOWS HAD NO LOCKS AND THE SCREENS WERE TORN AWAY FROM THE WINDOWS. 1ST FLOOR LEVEL AND DIDN'T FEEL SAFE WITH WINDOWS THAT WOULDN'T LOCK. The shower faucet did not work from the moment that I checked in. It was fixed quickly, but was still a hassle for me. 2nd day, my key card would not work and I went to the front desk where there was no one present. I waited nearly 10 minutes before someone could help me with this key problem.

Friendly staff. Breakfast is good. Would like to see entry upgraded from Walmart grade accessories to a more professional to match quality of service. Ac in room appeared to be on some sort of timer and would kick on just as leaving room every morning. Room clean. Liked linins.

The only SMALL negative was the pillows they were a little too small if we used 1 and too much if we used 2 overall not a big deal. Would definitely use them again and recommend. The staff were among the best folks we had ever come in contact with EXTREMELY friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. They went above and beyond!!

This place was pretty satisfactory on all counts. It was relatively quiet despite being near the freeway. There wasn't much to eat or to go to nearby, however, so if you're looking for something to do within walking distance, this probably isn't the place for you.

The overall appearance of the room was very disappointing. In the sitting area a lamp was in such shape that we were afraid to use it for fear of causing an electrical fire!! Lighting in the bathroom was very dark. In addition, it was hard to find the entrance and we missed the entriance on 2 occassions.

Last minute I had to find a hotel for my girlfriends and I . I found the Quality Suites at a price I was happy with and we were all able to stay there. There was a pull out sofa. It was great. The only frustrating thing was the jacuzzi was warm, not hot. I enjoyed my stay. Thanks, Nina

We were greeted by a very friendly desk clerk. She had a great personality from the moment we checked in. When we arrived to our first room, the refrigerator was hot and not working. This was a must for us, since we have a infant and need to keep his milk cold. So we got moved to another room. That room, the toliet was not working nor 2 of the lights […] in the room. We again got moved to a different room. Finally, the 3rd room was good. The beds were comfortable, air was working great. The next morning we went down and had breakfast which was very good. (Bisquits & gravy, waffles, eggs, sausage) We left for the day to arrive back at 4:30 and out room had not been cleaned. I was a little bothered by this. But we called front desk and as we left the room for about 1hr, they cleaned our room. Overall, we were satisfied. For the price & location, not bad. I just think the rooms need to be better maintained and maybe more staffing to get the rooms cleaned in a timely matter. But the front desk was excellent. She had great customer skills and made our stay pleasant. Read more

It was great for the good price I got through hotels.com. Not much in the immediately area as far as stores etc. (although Flying Star is close and wonderful for breakfast). And it's right by the Freeway (I-25), which made it so easy to get around town. It was absolutely perfect for the price. Very good value.
