It was easy to get to the hotel with the directions supplied. The hotel was very clean, with fresh fruit at the check-in desk. Customer service was excellent, room was very comfortable, clean, plenty of pillows, very spacious and comfortable and quiet.

Stayed here two nights, the staff was great. They helped me get to my car safely during ice storm and scraped my windows for me, going over and beyond. Other hotel staff was just as helpful with all my questions and concerns.

When dfw cancelled every flight the Westin not only let us check in early but was incredibly complimentry during our whole experience. Have never been so welcomed at a hotel. Can't thank them enough.

We paid for upgraded room on upper level floor as stated by Hotels.com. Room was small but clean and we were on third floor. Overall, the hotel was clean, updated and I felt safe but staff was not helpful or friendly.

Front desk girl was a.little snippy. When I asked for a later checkout she said fine! And hung up with out saying anything else. Rude! Denny's is across the street. It was good and people were friendly .

The beds are amazing!! Like sleeping on clouds. Even if the hotel had been awful (which is definitely wasn't) it would've been worth it simply because I got the best nights sleep I've had in forever.

The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. Check-in went quickly. The shuttle to and from the airport was very efficient. The driver told us about the hotel and food options when he picked us up at the airport. We were on the 15th floor and it was very quiet. We had a big room, but the bathroom was definitely on the small size. Computers are available, without charge, to print your boarding passes in the lobby and also a board in the lobby to check if your flight is on time and the departure gate before you leave for the airport. We arrived later in the evening and still had options for food.

The staff was polite and very willing to accommodate my requests. However the first rooms that were assigned to us was on the 5th floor and when we existed the elevator the smell in the hallway was very strong in terms of a cleaning product. This always makes me feel like someone is trying to mask something when deodorizers are very strong. We requested a floor change and we were accommodated. The overall condition of the rooms are ok, aging a bit is the best way to describe it. Again, the front desk was very helpful and polite.

This hotel is about a 5 - 10 minute ride from the hotel, the calamari in the hotel restaurant was wonderful and I would highly recommend the muddled jalepeno drink from the hotel bar.

"Rude Clerk at Check-in"

When I came in from my flight (arriving in Dallas), I entered the hotel. I proceeded to go to the counter to check in (since I had a reservation). The clerk was okay at first until it came time to talk about the "incidental fee" which the clerk said was a deposit required by the hotel (in spite of the fact I had already paid for the hotel and booked it by reservation with expedia in order to pre-pay for all of the fees- which is precisiely why I had a reservation in the first place). When I explained this to the clerk and the fact that I was not letting him get any of my money for an additional fee on a reservation for that room at that hotel I had already made and paid (which I thought was a load of bull because I felt I was being scammed by the clerk), he got rude with me. I abruptly had to verbally "dress the clerk down" to put him in his place. The cause of the whole issue was the "hidden fee" which I refused to pay because I was never informed of it and I had already paid for the room at the hotel on the reservation. I checked in, but I did not stay there. I checked into another hotel owned by a different establishment due to the clerk's rudeness. Due to the poor service I had received (in spite of the fact I did not pay any additional fees), due to the fact the clerk suddenly sprang the "extra fee" on me, I will probably never book that hotel again in my life. I was really disappointed with the fact I had to have a confrontation at that time.

Stayed here prior to flight out of DFW. Ate at the restaurant. It was pretty good but the drinks are expensive. The hostess was not very nice and ignored us. The workout room is great! Room was good but my carpet had a tear in the seam right as you walked into the door. Not a great way to enter the room. And the elevators are awful. Someone got stuck! I stayed here years ago and the hotel has gone downhill.

No surprises. They delivered a quality room/bed at a reasonable price. There was nothing exceptional, nor were there any negative surprises either. Great business location, with easy highway access to multiple business centers, Dallas, Addison, Irving, Fort Worth. I would suggest requesting a room on the East side of the hotel, opposite from DFW runways.

Personnel in the front desk didn't take care about the customers. If you arrive at 1AM, after a long trip, you are expecting something different. At least, to be treated as a customers who is paying for.

My boyfriend and I had our connecting flight at Dallas cancelled, instead of sleeping in the airport overnight we looked up hotels around the area, which the Westin popped up. We were extremely pleased when we arrived. The bed was one of the best hotel beds I have ever slept in! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed here because it was close to the airport. Used the hotel shuttle to get to and from the aiport. Waited about a half hour after we called to get from the airport to the hotel, which seemed a little longer than most places. We ate at the bar/restaraunt in the hotel and it was good. Overall it was good for what we needed it for.

When we were asked which floor we wanted to stay on at check-in we chose the top floor assuming it would be the quietest. Unfortunately, there is a fitness room above the top floor and someone decided to work out at 2 AM and drop the hand weights on the floor after each rep.... so much for a good night's sleep. Food in the restaurant was pretty good, drinks were very expensive. Overall not great one night stay, but close to the airport.

Close enough to the airport that it was easy to overlook a few gripes in the condition of the hotel. There was also a large group of 20somes that were a bit annoying. Great staff at the front and in the lobby bar area. Good for the price, but if you've stayed at another westin, you'll be a bit disappointed. Oh! Free shuttle to DFW airport.

I mean what can you say about the looks of the Westin but amazing. To top it off though is the service and it was the best. We were treated as if we were someone important. All the staff was very grand. There was a gentleman I do not remember his name who was taking care of the restrooms buy the check in desk who when we could not find where the breakfast was being served went out of his way to show us to the area. I so wish I could remember his name he deserves to be recognized. You do not run into customer service like that any longer. He was very regal. Thank you to the staff at the Westin Dallas/Ft Worth.

The toilet in the bathroom overflowed two separate times. The staff was available immediately to clean. On the second time we asked for a new room and they accommodated immediately and appologized for the inconvenience. Room was nice and very comfortable. Hotel is beautiful. It just did not have a working bathroom.
