We stayed here for a night. Rooms were OK but there were few stuffs missing which a tourist would expect like no writing pad & pen, no water bottles, extra towels per person, good breakfast, etc. Rooms were clean. Overall not much complaints as rate was low. But will not recommended if you expect more. For 1 night its OK.

The experience was as expected for a 2 star hotel. The room had a slightly musty smell. The tv worked but not properly. The a/c unit struggled to keep cool and was very noisy. Breakfast was annoying due to the fact that the staff stopped bringing food out an hour before the posted end of breakfast.

The hotel staff, although busy, were very accomodating. I stayed for 3 days and on two different evenings I had to have my key recalibrated. Other than that, not a luxury hotel, but very comfortable. The breakfast included a make your own waffle, sausage gravy in a crock pot, biscuits, and the usual breakfast fare (yogurt, bagels, sweet rolls, coffee, […] tea, OJ, cold cereal, add water to the oatmeal packets, etc.) I did not check out the swimming pool as it was outdoors and it rained during my stay. we paid for a suite and specifically asked if there would be a pullout sofa for our 3rd adult. the person on the phone said yes there would be. When we arrived, they put us in a regular room with 2 double beds and no suite or sofa. When we questioned the staff on this, he said, "well, this room does not come with a sofa." REALLY??? we could see that!! […] he looked rather frustrated that we wanted another room so we did not push the issue. We only stayed 1 night so we just made do. The sheets had stains on there. We had to pay for a roll away bed for our 3rd adult. They could have at least not charged us since they put us in the wrong room. Also the elevator was broken for well over half of our visit. While the room was clean and the bed quite comfortable, the staff seemed overwhelmed and not as friendly or concerned as has been my experience with other venues in your chain. The breakfast the next morning was quite a disappointment in that hardly anything was left to eat with nearly 40 minutes to go. Perhaps in part due to the fact that a large group […] of teen boys in a traveling sports team had also stayed there and according to the people at the next table had swarmed in and eaten everything in sight! But even after waiting for a table to clear and being told that items would be replenished, that ultimately was not the case. There were several others as disappointed as we. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HOTEL. ALL THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY NICE. THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST HAD A LARGE SELECTION OTHER THAN FRUIT AND CEREALS. THERE IS A WAFFLE HOUSE NEXT DOOR, BUT ALSO MANY RESTAURANTS THAT ARE A SHORT DRIVING DISTANCE. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. THE ONLY THING WAS THE POOL WAS NOT OPEN YET. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN.

This place was very below average. The room was way overpriced for the quality and service we received. Room was hot and stuffy upon arrival. The room's alarm clock was not set. There were multiple LARGE (and disgusting) stains running across the very low grade carpet near the bed and bathroom. The pool was out of order for remodeling which is not listed on the hotels.com site. Also, ground floor rooms do not have outside access, the full length window are not sliding doors. So, if you want this, you need to request a room off the ground for a balcony. The staff was friendly and the area is nice.

I arrived at the airport late in the evening. The shuttle didn't run at that time. I called to the hotel and they called a taxi cab for me. The was good but I wish there was a refrigerator in the room. The breakfast was superb. I recommend to all travelers who need a cheap hotel close to the airport.
