This hotel is fabulous. Champagne upon check-in. It's in a very convenient location; near Boston Commons, the waterfront, the Freedom Trail. We spent three nights at this hotel and had a room on the top floor which provided a nice view of the city. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a good experience. However, there was a bit of a wait time for an elevator during peak times such as late morning and evening. Hotel is nice and has great location. I had a suite and the bathroom was still very, very small. The redesign of this old Radisson definitely is contemporary and different which is what we wanted to try out. I was a little bummed about the late check in time (3pm) and that even though I had a suite they couldn't make any exception to get us in at 230pm. […] I was surprised that the roof top pool was more deck than pool. Basically it's a roof bar made to look like south beach with cabanas and bottle service. If it's your thing then it's nice. "Fun hotel to experience"

We do have vending machines on every floor located next to the ice machines, and we offer fridges on our 17th and 19th floors for an additional $10 per night as well as our one bedroom lofts. Make sure to request this when booking your next reservation, as it is based on availability. As far as parking, our prices are comparable to other parking garages in the area, and one advantage we offer our guests is in and out access privileges for one price. The elevators had an extremely long wait and caused back up in the lobby and or when an elevator finally arrived to your floor it was full and had to wait longer. The temperature in the room didn't get cooler than 75 degrees less than desirable for our stay. And there wasn't much to do in this area. During late July / early August of 2013 we stayed in this hotel in two different rooms on two different occasions in the course of a 10 day holiday in the Boston/New England area and in both rooms the WiFi was terrible. "Perfect location! Few improvements needed."
Spent 3 nights here and overall had a nice stay. The hotel was in a perfect location...close to Freedom Trail and only 2 blocks from the subway. When we checked in we were told we were upgraded to a junior suite, which I found out from reading other reviews that these rooms are next to the elevator and noisy but we didn't find that to be true. Our room […] was comfortable, clean and had 2 balconies which was nice, although only one of them had chairs to sit on. The decor was pleasant and comfortable, although the way the room was set up the bathroom was extremely small and very narrow. We were on the 23rd floor and it took almost 5 minutes of running the water to get hot water. Skoah bath products were nice and came in full sized bottles instead of single use ones. I'm also not sure why every room doesn't have a mini fridge available? Even basic Holiday Inns have that feature. I am a big coffee drinker and was disappointed they didn't have a coffee bar somewhere in the lobby in the mornings. We ended up walking to a local Dunkin Donuts. After returning home and checking my credit card, I saw I had been charged for a container of nuts from the minibar that we never even opened, but after calling the hotel it was removed from our bill. This is a very nice hotel. The staff is very attentive and the concierge Jon, gave us some great advice. Had room service a couple of times and it was excellent. Used the workout room every day and the machines are top notch and great. The restaurant on site is very good though we only ate in the restaurant once for breakfast. They had a choice of breakfast […] buffet or menu items. There is a pool indoor but is also close to the outdoor patio and bar. Excellent rooftop bar where you can have a drink or eat, however my husband and kids used the pool and they found it to be very dirty. Clumps of hair in the water. They never wanted to go back in. "Bad service, but a nice hotel"
Hotel itself was very nice, good location, clean and updated, but the service was horrible!!! First off, room keys didn't work, called down to the front desk, they said they would have someone come up... After a second call and 20 minutes later a manger finally came up let us in the room but took another 20 min to get the new room keys to us. Then It […] took two and a half hours to get our luggage after calling down twice and finally having to goto the front desk who sent me to the Bell service, who in turn sent me back to the front desk. I finally asked to check the back room for our luggage.. Low and behold there it was. No one seemed to want to take responsibility for locating it. Finally, went to open a bottle of wine (rooms are supposed to have a opener according to room list and website), no opener... Ok that happens... Called front desk, they said they would notify Housekeeping. After two and half hours we finally gave up waiting, went down the adjacent restaurant to get the wine bottle opened, they gave us one if the openers to take back, two minutes after returning to our room, a knock at the door... It was housekeeping with an opener... 3 hours after our initial call. Thre is a serious disconnect between the front desk and other operations at this hotel. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!
