We were only there overnight as we were heading to San Francisco and the stay was nice, The pool and Jaquze was awsome after a long motorcycle ride. The staff was very nice and told us if we need anything to contact them.

This was supposed to be an accesible room but did not have handrails in the bathroom, a big problem. The size of the room allowed for maneuvering of a wheelchair. A free breakfast was offered but the dining area was so small that people had to stand and eat. It was very difficult to get a wheelchair in so we ate at the adjoinin IHOP.

We had a problem with the toilet. The first day it was slow going down. By the next morning it wasn't going down at all. We called downstairs, They said they would send up a plumber/engineer. What we got was a maid with a plunger. She tried many times to clear it. Then she said I think you should move to another room. We travel by motorcycle so we have […] limited room on the bike. Everything is packed tightly. Once we arrive everything is unpacked and transferred to the room. The reason I am explaining this is to move to another room would have taken an hour and we had reservations to be somewhere. I took the plunger and managed to clear the toilet. By the next morning it didn't work again. So my recommendation is no matter what it is going to cost you in time change rooms. It was still a good trip. the staff are good and they try to accommodate you. We would stay there again. Read more

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, wir hatten sogar 2 Waschbecken, was bei 4 Personen ein großer Vorteil ist. Frühstück war reichlich für amerikanische Verhältnisse, es gab sogar Waffeln und Sausages. Die gesamte Anlage wirkte sehr gepflegt. Wir würden wieder hier herkommen.

Die Zimmer sind sauber aber extrem hellhörig. Wir waren im Erdgeschoss und eine Gruppe Jugendlicher war über uns. Die Rezeption konnte/wollte uns kein Alternativzimmer geben. Pool sehr schön und warm. Frühstück typisch für diese Art Hotels: Bagels, Saft und verschiedene Müslis.

Habitación muy amplia, con camas muy grandes. El baño estaba muy bien, además había otro lavabo en la habitación. En general nos gustó. Como punto negativo es que el desayuno se hace en la misma recepción y sólo hay cuatro mesas y nos tocó esperar bastante. Deberían habilitar una sala para desayunos puesto que el hotel es grande.
