Room was good for the money. It was clean; hotel is older and needs updating but nothing that caused discomfort. By no means luxurious, but good cheap hotel. I have severe allergies to cigarette smoke and mold and had no problems here at all.

Hotel was a little dirty. Walls were thin. Was able to hear the people next to us just talking.

It's an old hotel, and they are trying to keep it in good operating shape, but it appears to be an uphill battle. I'm not sure who's winning, the owner or the hotel. For my part, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was affordable.

Didn't have the highest of expectations given the price but hotel was disgusting and outdated. First I didn't get a non-smoking room as reserved but even after "upgrading" and switching rooms, room was still smelly. Hallways smelled like an ashtray and rooms was a dump. I asked about cancellation and was told that because I had pre-paid it didn't matter and I was paying for it. I sat in room for 15 minutes and couldn't take it. I checked out about 20 minutes into my stay and drove up to another hotel and had a pleasant night! Don't stay at this hotel!!!!!

With a 24-hour restaurant on premises, just off I-84 and convenient to the Hartford region, this hotel is the best value by far in the region. The owners are on premises: they and their staff were always pleasant and helpful.

Personnel were cooperative. Room was clean and comfortable. Nearby diner and gas stations convenient. Only drawback - location of parking area unclear.
