We just loved this B&B! It's so convenient but feels like it's out in the country somewhere. The people were lovely and the food was great. As someone who practically lives in the chains for business, I loved the personal touches and arts and craft styled rooms. If you are looking for luxury, try someplace else, but if romantic, comfortable, peaceful, friendly and convenient are on your list, this is a good choice.

We stayed here one night. Place is clean and conveniently located close to Snowbowl. Only negative is bed was a little uncomfortable. Pillows were hard. Would stay here again.

My boyfriend and I went on a little getaway trip here and I was absolutely blow away. We had out own king cottage to ourselves in a room with a fridge flat screen tv fireplace and a jacuzzi just steps away. It was the cutest place I've ever been to. When we were arriving the nicest guy greeted me and showed me our rooms and got our keys. Telaquepaque is the most beautiful little place to shop and hang out. We went to the Mexican food place there that had great food. We also hiked at devils bridge. This was the perfect trip and just what my boyfriend and I needed. We will be back :)

Not a wink of sleep. The trains come through every 15 min and the street is so noisy. It's old, poorly kept and the rooms are small.

THE FACILITY IS OLD, AND THE FACILITIES NEED TO BE UPDATED/ MODERNIZED - PARTICULARLY THE BATHROOM. UNREPAIRED DAMAGE TO WALL IN BEDROOM AREA, NO SAFETY (GRAB) BARS IN THE BATHTUB, NO COUNTER SPACE IN THE BATHROOM. BATHROOM IS IN SERIOUS NEED OF A MAKEOVER. Starting with the good - the staff was very nice and helpful. If only the rooms matched that. This is probably the dirtiest hotel room I've ever been in. The floors were horribly filthy, the wallpaper peeling off the walls and the furniture very very old. I thought I'd lost an earring and had to look under the dresser and such. It was ok , no black out curtains. Hotel was not modern or up to date. There was an open electric fan panel in bedroom side of suite. No extra blankets or pillows. If your on a budget and traveling with family it was great for that . Great location.

Buffet breakfast was more than most supply and the staff was very attentive, but the "diner" has seen better days. The bed was a very comfortable pillow-top. hotel was old and needs maintenance, but had great breakfast and a happy socializing hour in the evening with free 2 drinks per person. we are not needy, so it was a pretty good hotel overall. pool was empty -they were still expecting snow (in may) and we had to use a clip for heavier curtains to block the light

The hotel sign was very difficult to see. I has to double back. it was right across from the railroad tracks. It is loud. It can't be helped if you are staying on rte 66. The breakfast was Fantastic. The room was old but clean. The bed was very comfortable. I stayed in the family suite. It had two bedrooms but no other place to sit. The stairs up to the second floor however, were dangerous with sharp metal points and the last step to the landing was too high for the short legged! The rooms are large and the beds comfortable but this hotel is showing it's age. The TV in the room wasn't working and the shades had holes and the blinds sagged. I would not rebook here as there are other better maintained hotels nearby.

The wall papper was pealing, I had to ask for a microwave which should have already been in there. And i was very upset that the HBO didnt work they have signs all over and even gave us an HBO guide and there was no HBO channel.

There is some railroad noise, but it didn't bother me. The room was okay, but pretty old. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful.

it was what we paid for, off-road sign says "Inn-Suites" while we were loking for "ASPEN InnSuites". Very basic amenities, pool was closed.

While the bed was the most comfortable ever, and everyone was very nice, and breakfast was good . . . No curtains on back window, sheer curtains on the front made it a free for all show, and the big curtains did NOT close! We had to pin ours shut and put the plant in front of the window. The bathroom cabinet by the toilet was rotting, and all fixtures […] and furniture were OLD and BROKEN. The sinks had hair stuck in the drains that even the cleaning staff did not want to touch!! Sadly we were too tired to find another hotel. Layout of the room was nice, 2 tvs were also nice. That was about all. Save your money. Read more

The motel is old and needs updating. The photos are not accurate. The room and bathrooms were clean but the building is old and tired. The breakfast server was terrific and friendly. Give him a tip if you stay.

Had a great experience here! Beds were in good shape, room was clean. We were up front near the highway, but had no trouble sleeping even though we were close to the road and RR tracks. Flagstaff has installed a railroad 'horn-free' zone, so the constant parade of trains was no big deal. I had stayed here before and was very satisfied considering the low rate, so I chose to stay here again. It was decent before. You can tell it had been remodeled- slightly unusual furniture and decor placement, but it didn't matter. This time I was a little disappointed. The bathtub had a crack in the bottom. There was a water leak bubble in the paint […] of the bathroom with a big hole making drywall visible. There were holes with visible dry wall where a shelf use to be with a new Ikea shelf that functioned as a table top.
