      We were very happy with our acommadations at this hotel. Employees were very welcoming and the grounds were excellent. This hotel has a really very good restaurant called the Bistro. We usually do not eat at the hotel, but this restaurant was wonderful---breakfast and dinner. The only criticism we had were the linens in our room. They do need to up grade.

      We stayed in the Jacuzzi Suite and it was amazing. For the price we paid was great. Can't wait to stay in that room again.

    Everything was awesome with the exception of them not working with u at all I was stranded and needed a late check out just 30 mins but it was put to... me not so kindly that I would be charged for another night ..     Too bad there can't be any negative numbers for the ratings. The place was a dump on the outside and inside the room. It seems that the employees never read the book on customer service 101. It better to shop around and pay a little bit more for a better place to stay. After all, you will get what you pay for...

    I arrived between 7:30 PM-8:00 PM. I had to telephone for the desk clerk to arrive. I could not operate the door lock. Back to the front desk and another telephone call to the desk clerk. She went to my room, I was waiting at the front desk. We finally got together at the room and she explained that I had to insert and remove the cardkey 'quickly'. […] The room was 'worn'. The carpet at the doorway had a pathway worn in. One towel in the bathroom was new, the other was almost threadbare. The photographs on the website are misleading as to the quality of the room.     I really enjoyed the pricing for the five days that I stayed. My biggest complaint was the carpet. It was so old and dirty that the blackness on the carpet looked as if oil had been spilled on it but wasn't able to be cleaned. I could not walk around in my bare feet that is just how bad the carpet was. I was told that I could have it shampooed if I […] wished, but even shampooing could not clean it. So I declined.I didn't expect for it to look like a room at the Ritz, however, I do expect the arpets to be clean. I was told that they were workining on changing the carpet.     We booked the room for a family of 2 adults and 3 children. When we got there we were informed we had to rent a cot because the rooms were not designed for 5. The cot was dusty as if just pulled from storage and even came with a spider which scared my son as it crawled on him as he lay down.

    The tub had black hairs from the maid in it and they didn't change the sheets considering I was there more than one night. The location was ok, but there weren't many fast food restaurants nearby. It's right next to a bowling alley, but very quiet. I thought the parking stunk because there was no shade and in Bakersfield it's good to get out of direct […] sunlight. When I was leaving they had the mattresses outside leaned up against the pool fence. I don't know why, but I assumed they were cleaning them. ? The only issues with the room were a loose toilet seat and a sink faucet handle that was not correct (it worked but would rotate all the way around […] so it was difficult to find the cold setting for brushing teeth).     i really liked it the bed was very comfortable the pillows where big and fluffy i really liked it so much that i booked again .the one thing i wish could be better is i wish they had a freezer in the fridge cause i make a lunch everyday and it has to be cold but other then that it was great

    We stayed here as a halfway point to Disneyland. It was conveniently located right off the freeway and close to the mall. I would not recommend staying here if you have a family with small children. People were hanging out on the balcony drinking and swimming fully clothed in the swimming pool.
