Overall this hotel is just what you'd expect for the money, but the breakfast leaves something to be desired as they don't offer any meat or fruit/veg; only cereal, milk, OJ and waffles. I stayed two nights this time, and asked for a wake up call both times, and both mornings they 'forgot' to call me, so I ended up sleeping in both days, luckily I didn't have anything important going on, I only wanted the wake up call so I could get to breakfast in time. (stop serving at 9)

Good Price for the area, but it is a little run down. Don't recommend the smoking rooms, we had to stay a extra night and the only room they had was smoking and we don't smoke. With the Hotels.com coupon, it was in our budget.

Surprised of the wonderful breakfast, which includes cereal, milk, OJ, coffee, tea, waffle & toast. A bargain price with such a breakfast is really a value.

We had a non-smoking reservation and they gave us a smoking room in a very bad condition.

I pretty much got what I expected. Directions to the hotel was misleading. Actual location seemed to be further away from the exit.

Room was good - Hotel was poor.

Our room smelt so bad that i had to go buy incense and candles immediately. The towels and lenen were so beat up and nasty. Maid forgot twice to leave more then one towel.

For the price its hard to beat. The mattresses could be replaced, they were a little wore out.

The Motel was located great for our business in Portland. The room was clean and the service fine, however, the bed left more than a little to be desired. It sank in the middle and definitely needed to be replaced. Overall, though, the room was not bad for the price.

I had two rooms for the family. One room was nice and clean. The other room had a bit of a smell to it. The hotel was inexpensive and I guess you get what you pay for.

This "hotel" was poorly staffed, dirty, under construction, in shambles. In a word, horrendous.

The second we walked into the room I knew there was NO way i could stay in that room. It smelled of bad fish. It was a discusting smell! We asked for a different room. We were given another room that didn't smell bad and the guy on duty went to 'spray' the other room. Spray was not going to help that! There were two of us, we had 2 towels 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel in the room. The bed was comfortable but it appeared that someone had intentionally burned a heart shaped hole in the bedspread. (non smoking room) I was hoping the old saying, "you get what you pay for", would not come into play here, but it did!

First the bad: when i checked in i requested 2 extra pillows than we went somewhere for lunch and checked out the city, got back in the early evening. no pillows! called the desk and she said sorry we have no more pillows. OK, so i requested 2 extra pillows for the next night and she said she would inform the maid to give us the pillows. well we went on the mt hood loop and when we got back late that night no pillows. the bed was really uncomfortable and felt like you were going to fall off the edge like the box spring was too small for the mattress. than there was the bugs, fruit flies in the sink, flies in the room and this bug that looked like 2 fruit flies end to end. and the air conditioner was so loud it sounded like a jet taking off.The chairs were so dirty they were disgusting and i didn't want to sit on them. on the good side: the internet was awesome and really fast. and the breakfast was good

1st of 2 nights... Woken up at 1am after the front desk clerk gave a duplicate of my room key to 3 men. I didn't sleep after that. When I contacted the front desk, I was given a humble apology, but there didn't seem to be any genuine concern about how this affected me. I won't stay here again.

The room I requested was non-smoking. However, my room and the hallway leading to my room both smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. My comforter on the bed had at least one large cigarette burn.

the room was clean, the staff friendly, overall a nice place to stay close to the airport.

The location of the hotel has great access to the interstate and is close to Portland. The room was a bit stuffy and did require some "Airing Out." The room was a good service for the money. Would stay there again.

A friend of mine had a meeting for work in a nearby conference room. Since it was just for the night we looked for someplace that wasn't very expensive. When we got there we were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the speed of the check-in. Although the outside of the buildings looked a little worn, the inside was in great condition, including the rooms. We even enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which is rare. If you are going to be in this area I definately recommend this Travelodge. It is incredibly close to many places to eat, and shop. The service is great, and the rooms are clean.

Hotel location was very close to Portland and the rate was great but it was not what we were expecting. Room was very dark and not so clean.

For the price the room was great. Very clean. Had a microwave, cable tv, hairdryer, good sized tub. The bed was really comfortable. I was very relaxed in this room.

Needs improvement. Was not confident if beddings were changed. My daughter had bed bites the following morning.

When 1st checked in room smelled like bug bomb just set off and flys circling room. Next night cleaning staff did good job. Remote did not work and 1st front desk help did not solve. That evening night front desk was great and fixed in 5 minutes.

Great price, room was good for the price. People working at desk were friendly and helpful. Airport is also very nearby so if ya need a quick cheap stay before or after a flight around Portland it is a great choice.
