We were both pleasantly surprised about the hotel! The room was well appointed and very clean! The tub was HUGE and was utilized for a nice relaxing end... of the week soak. We would definitaley book this hotel again if staying in the area!! There are also great restaraunts and shopping very close to the hotel and it is just a jump off the major highways. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Northville for two nights on a business trip. When we forgot to leave a business sample (frozen) for a customer the hotel held it for our customer to pick up. And then Jennifer called to let us know that we had left a bag in our room upon checkout. Kudos to the hotel on exemplary customer service!

This hotel stay exceeded expectations. The rooms were very clean and nicely appointed and the breakfast (included) choices went well beyond the typical "continental" breakfast. The only downside was noise coming from the floor above that sounded like a wrestling match - at 2:00 a.m. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel lobby definitely needs some updates. Wallcovering is peeling off the wall and corner guards are less than clean. The staff is friendly enough if you can find someone who speaks English well and knows what they are doing. We stayed two nights for a business trip. My daughter and I did the Susan G. Komen 3Day and the hotel was right around the corner from camp which is why we booked it. We were really happy that we did, the staff was great, the room and shower was great after a long day in the sun, and right next door was a convenience store for our snacks !!!

Clean and comfortable. Walls were a bit thin acoustically. After returning home I discovered an extra charge of $50 to my credit card. I would recommend the room and hotel, but not the horrific experience. Your representative in booking made a comedy of errors and disrupted my trip. This was a business trip and impacted my experience for which I'll have to consider ever using the service again. I was the promised a discount to be received by email and NEVER received.
