Embassy Suites at International Drive and Jamaican Court - Orlando

What a great stay. The front desk person was so helpful (male mid 20's dark hair). The room was large, comfortable & I loved having the fridge & microwave there. The breakfast was awesome! I visit every year & bounce around to different hotels but will be my choice from now on.

Front Desk staff started out being a bunch of Can't Do People. It took me four -five hours to straighten out a mix up. The explanation would take longer than we have here. The clerks were really professional and friendly. The breakfast crew were amazing. The beds were not changed refrequently enough. I noticed an ink pen mark that was on our sheets one day and still there the next.

The room was fine. I thought it was smaller than described but it worked for our family of four. The best part was the wonderful gourmet breakfast. Complimentary breakfast with chefs making your eggs any way with all the extras was a lovely surprise.

The hotel is nice, well located (1 block from Intl. Dr.) and close to bus stops. The building is well design, good elevators. People are helpful and rooms are clean and comfortable. We came to Embassy Suites for our honeymoon. It was so much better than we thought. It was wonderful!! We got a corner suite with a king bed and it was so large. We loved the setup. The hotel was always clean and the beds were always made when we came back from the parks. The staff was amazing! They were all so friendly and helpful. All of them were great, the bellmen, the receptionists, the transportation drivers, the cleaning staff, and the cooking staff. Our favorite part was waking up to a delicious breakfast every morning. It is a great breakfast, french toast, with eggs or omelets, bacon, sausage, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, cinnamon rolls, etc, etc, etc and delicious juices!! It was so great and the breakfast really made the difference. We really miss the hotel and would definitely return again, we would not go to any other place! We recommend this hotel to anyone. I really enjoyed my stay. I was very apprehensive about staying here because of one review who said that it was not all that great compared to the others that they stayed in. I myself have stayed in several Embassy's hotel and i have to say that i liked this one. The food was good. It had so much to choose from. They have breakfast from 7:00am to 10:00am […] on the weekends. You get the best variety when you get there early. It does become slim pickings as the time gets later but, that was to be expected. The Embassy Suite was in a great location and the staff was great also. I lost my credit cards, insurance card, driver's licenses and some other important cards I received a phone call from the front dest in the am hours and they had all my belongings and they all were still intact. What a Blessing.

Unlike Disney World resorts, rooms were large and quiet, By being close to I-4, quick drive to both DisneyWorld and Universal Studios and a block from shopping and attractions of International Dr (which unfortunately can be congested at times). The hotel was okay but not great! The pool was not up to standards, it was dirty. Good location if you don’t have transportation. If you drive a car, traffic can get chaotic. When I arrived to the front desk the lady who greeted me was the manager, but it appeared as if she didn’t know what she was doing. She told me I didn’t have a reservation with […] them even thou I had my Expidia reservation in my hand. She stated they didn’t go by that reservation number I had, they had the reservation by last name and my name was not in their system. She later found my name but check-in is strictly after 3:00!
