      Found out upon late-night arrival that this hotel has no suites at all. Reserved on-line and followed through with a phone call. What we got was a room with queen size beds. This was not accommodating for a family with teenagers. Disappointed because hotel is persistent in calling the room a suite.

      Location was great, right off the interstate. Ladies at the front desk were wonderful to deal with. Room was clean, beds were true queen size and looked to be maintained well. Did not go to pool due to lots of teenage kids there that evening. Best low cost hotel I have stayed in in Memphis, will stay again.

    Great, friendly and helpful staff, good onsite restaurant. Rooms need updating..things are falling apart a bit. Pillows very lumpy, king bed very "hammocky" and slanted badly off to one side. Internet service was very slow after 5 or 6 p.m.-- they need to upgrade that, too. The food and beverages were great at the "manager's reception" on week nights, […] but the reception is held in a small room -- hard to get into the room and over to the snacks, because of all the people sitting. They need to move it to a bigger room! The hotel is oddly located, so that when you want to go east, you have to go west for a few blocks. Our GPS system even routed us on the interstate to try to get us west, but once we asked a desk clerk, we learned we could go through a shopping center parking lot and catch a road east. Pretty inconvenient, but we got that hang of it. Read more

    when i walked in the front lobby i thought " wow this hotel is really nice" so i didn't mind spending a little more on this hotel then others. The front desk women i first met was wonderful. so nice and smiled a lot. but once we got to our room we noticed it was not like the lobby at all. it was really run down. there was lots of wear and tear on everything […] in our room. but the beds were comfortable. we didn't spend as much time in our hotel due to the look of it.     Everything about the hotel was first class. The only problem was finding my way to it when I exited the main highway. Access was a challenge for a first-time visitor.
