Great! Comfortable, attractive, clean. Hotel hosts were very accommodating. If arriving after 6 PM, call ahead to get info about how to get into your room. There is an after hours number to call, but it is likely easier on all for late arrivals to make the call before 6.

I thought the interns at the hotel - Jonathon and Allie were exceptional. They were both very friendly, engaging, and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and wonderfully decorated, very clean and well-kept. The breakfast was also exceptional.

Nice staff, the hotel could use some redecorating (kind of dated?). But otherwise, was clean and they were very accommodating about checking in early. Sorry, we did not have their breakfast, as IHOP was close by, and we love IHOP!

I stayed overnight before an alumni event at a local university. The room was a good size and clean. I didn't use it, but it was nice to have a mini fridge. The shower was great (awesome water pressure), but don't leave your stuff on the toilet next to the shower... it will get wet (flimsy shower curtain). The walls were thin - the person in the room […] next to me had the TV on and I could hear every word, as if it was on in my room. Luckily, I didn't spend much time in the room and she didn't have the TV on while I was trying to sleep. Free high speed wireless internet access is always great to have. I would stay here again. The hotel is in a great ideal place. The only negative comment I have is that the hotel does not have an elevator. The room asigned to my family and I was on the second floor. Our youngest daughter is 13 month old we had plenty of luggage and other items to carrie to our room. I had to make many trips up and down the stairs from the the room to my car. Stayed one night when my son had music audition at JMU. Convenient to university and right off 81. Seemed nicer than 2 stars. Only beef - card keys to room didn't work very well. Would definitely stay again.

I needed a hotel at the very last minute that would accomodate me and my dog. The hotel was very accomodating, the breakfast was sufficient, the price was great, the location was great , And again I can't say enough how nice the staff was. I would stay here again and again. The room looked clean at first but found a gross sticky spots all over one headboard. Not sure that the sheets were changed between residents. Was charged $10 for something no one can tell me why. Overcrowded breakfast in a super small room. I don't recommend.

Our room was nice. Breakfast was good. Very close to interstate but no noise. Receptionist could have been friendlier. I counted 4 stray cats outside the property. Great place for what we needed. We just stayed one night after a wedding.

we just needed the room for one night and it was perfect. Very easy access to the highway and there was plenty of shops around if we needed anything. The hotel was very nice and the receptionist was great. It was a very pleasant stay.

Our room was clean and comfortable. There was a little barking dog across the hallway which was annoying. The coffee pot in our room didn't work - that is an important item to me. I had to ask 2x to get it replaced. The front desk people could have been friendlier.

The air conditioner unit in the room was very noisy. Guests who stayed next to us came in and walked around like elephants at 2AM in the morning; woke us up. Close to Massanutten. Breakfast was great!

The lobby, breakfast areas and other common areas in this hotel are beautiful, far beyond what I would expect from a Comfort Inn. They've clearly been renovated recently. However, our room #152, and other room that we checked out, had a horrible musty smell that was coming from an AC unit that had visible mold on the outlet slats. We arrived around […] midnight it was so bad that my wife wanted to leave. I'm not very sensitive to smells and got used to it, but every time I returned to the room it would hit me again. Anyway, it was a busy football weekend and we arrived late, so it's possible that we got a room that isn't usually occupied. If so, it might be that the AC units are usually off and that the water in the units has warmed and mold has grown. Regardless, they really need to do something about it. I wouldn't recommend booking this hotel through Expedia. Read more

I neglected to factor in the term "double bed". Wow. Basic, utilitarian, almost clean. Accepted pets and didn't take us too far off the interstate. Coffee at breakfast was not good; donuts were refrigerated (?). If you need a roof over your head, they have that.

The room was very clean; king-size bed was comfortable; plenty of pillows; Internet access was very easy; staff was very accommodating; continental breakfast was good. Overall this hotel was a good value - will stay there again on the next trip to Harrisonburg!

Hotel was a better surprise than exected for a 2-star. Hotel was clean, maintenance was good and room was very orderly. Was in Harrisburg for a college visit during a very hot day. Hotel was nice and cool. Was as good as the three star i stayed at the next night.

Our room was clean and comfortable. There was no fan in the bathroom so it was pretty humid after a shower. It was clean. The staff was friendly. It is pet friendly. It didn't smell pet friendly :). The breakfast was good. We would stay again.

This was a great value for money. Still smells like new and very well kept. Service at desk was excellent.The only minor irritant was the A/C noise level-assume due to cost cutting during construction. Still would highly recommend.

Check-in was efficient, quick, and friendly. Bed was extremely comfortable. Noise was kept to a minimum. Breakfast was wonderful. My only complaint was the price but at least I got my money's worth.

We arrived and had a very easy time with check-in. Hotel is very convenient to JMU. Comfortable room....clean with no noise. Breakfast was from 6-10 which worked out well for our different schedules. Overall, would easily book here again.
