The location was perfect for the occasion (graduation ceremony). The service was efficient and courteous, the room was very nice, and very clean. The secure parking and room access was perfect. Highly recommend this establishment.

Adam at the front desk provided friendly service for the check-in process. My kids and I were carrying a lot of stuffs up to our room on the second level, Adam helped us with our bags up the stairs. The kids enjoyed the in door pool. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. The pool area was quiet down by 10pm and we had a goodnight of sleep. […] We had the room in the interior part of the hotel right by the in door pool. Rooms on the exterior of the hotel have doors opened to outside. I saw on-going construction of a fence and gate to enclose the hotel access to guests only which will provide a safer environment. Ended up in Covington after my dad was hospitalized and there were no hotels with rooms available in New Orleans. Overall nice hotel. Staff very polite. Disappointed that the dryer was broken and a day later still not fixed.

The Staff here are excellant, they go out of ther way to try to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The rooms are confortable and there is lots of parking.

This place has fantastic friendly management, great service and comfy rooms. Room service and restaraunt are both fantastic. Only improvement needed for rooms (and more so for asthetics) would be to change console TVs to flats. Overall awesome getaway.

staff was great. restaurant one of the best i have eaten in including all of the upscale restaurants in new orleans. the chef did an outstanding job on the food it was wonderful. you are lucky to have him and i would visit your hotel again just to eat at the restaurant.

Satisfied with the place, cleanliness, safety, etc. However, the water from the shower was somewhat painful, no matter what mode was chosen. It's either a problem with the showerhead or water pressure or both. Also, the breakfast buffet was no fruit or pastries or anything like that. Just biscuits, pork sausage, eggs, and grits. Even though we prepaid via Expedia, the registration clerk ran a second charge against my credit card. The biggest problem was the lack of drapes to block out light and noise at night. Also, be advised that the pool is an indoor/outdoor pool divided by a swim-under wall, which means that it is NOT heated. It was in fact freezing. Also, the hot tub jets do not work.
