"Great Hotel For 1st Timers to New Orleans"
The front desk staff was friendly and offered me suggestions of places that deliver food to the hotel. The concierge was able to suggest places for me to go to as well as places to eat.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good deal for the French Quarter"
From the moment we pulled in we were treated with respect and courtesy. They remembered who we were when we came back from walking. They let us keep our car parked after we checked out. The parking was pricey, but its the French Quarter of course the parking was pricey. We enjoyed ourselves. In the quarter but 1 block from Boirbon street so we did get […] some sleep. The hotel staff greeted us with a local map and was very friendly. Hotel was very nice, had a valet and door person that got us a taxi within minutes. No in room refrigerator, which would have been nice. Pool area small relaxing. Hotel is within walking distance to nightlife and restaurants, etc. felt safe after dark, walking back from Bourbon Street […] and surrounding areas. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Weekend hotel stay."
This hotel is worn down for the price paid. The bed was lumpy and ended up have a sore back. Their movie channe was down during the entir weekend. This was not advised when checking in and went as far as contacting front desk for support and ultimately sent a technician up to room. Once arrived, he notified me the syste was down. Really? Why dont you […] tell me when checking in to avoid this mess. To sit on toilet you had to close the bathrom door. Inconvenien. There were rowdy visitors from 9pm to 330 am. I was awakened several times throughout the night. Only parking they had was valet. One person working each shift so planning was made for peak times. Sunday morning @ 0645 I had to wake the parking attendant because he was sleeping in his car in front of hotel. When I gave one of th valet's a tip he did not respond in any manner. Assume he is another "entitled" young man. Guess a enthusiastic "Thank You" is out of the question for these people. Will not stay at this hotel ever again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great value, excellent location"
The room was clean and nice. We had a balcony which was nice. It is very close to everything like Acme Oyster House, CW Fins, and it is far enough from Bourbon Street to get a good night's sleep. It also had a nice breakfast available early.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Great hotel!!!! Everything was walking distance"
Great value. Very nice staff! Wonderful location! Clean rooms. I will stay here again when visiting New Orleans.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great Location amazing staff!!"
The location of this hotel is great, one block from Bourbon and two from Canal for easy access to public transportation around the city. Opted to rent a car as we were not familiar with city which turned out to be a waste of money, parking at hotel was very pricey each night and to park any where in the city outrageous (valet staff excellent though). […] Best to use public transportation, trolleys run all through out French Quarter and inexpensive and most sightseeing tours will pick you up at front door. Hotel Staff if very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the cleaning people. Courtyard is peaceful and pool very clean. Restaurant only serves breakfast and it is not cheap, but wait staff very friendly. Best to walk over to Bourbon and grab a bite at Krystal if you want something quick and cheap. Rooms are clean and perfect for a place to rest your head, unfortunately you can not pick your neighbors and one night resulted in a major fight next door and another was lets say seedy. But the other three were great. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great hotel for a visit to New Orleans"
Perfect location, near Bourbon Street, but far enough for quiet when wanted or needed. The hotel had everything we could need. Staff was friendly and helpful.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Good Choice but no parking (casino good option)"
Location, Location, Location... Best location. But no parking - I used the Casino (it's free if you play 30 minutes per 24hrs) I actually won so it was free parking and I took home some extra bucks ;) , it's about a 5 minute walk away but huge self parking garage.. Hotel is well run but it's old which is expected since it's an old historical building.. […] Breakfast was ok nice atmosphere looking at the courtyard but the waitress forgot our bill at the end which was strange.. Breakfast around the corner at Bombay Club on Conti st is much better.. Not enough power outlets in the room.. Overall good choice/price for that area.. Take the 1pm bus tour then go to the 7pm steamboat tour and take the second dinner option 7:45PM because you can listen to the tour while it's still daylight then eat just when it gets dark.. With these 2 you can do all of new orleans in one day :) Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Hotel is near all the action but on a quiet street. Walking distance to everything. Room was a bit dated but clean. Staff was friendly and Concierge Alan was great!Genuine Expedia guest review
The hotel is in a great location, just one block north of Bourbon Street, but without the noise and crowds. Its also just two blocks east of Canal Street, with streetcars to many things visitors will want to see. The restaurant offers a good breakfast at a reasonable price, and the patio around the pool is comfortable and nicely decorated with plants. […] Our room had a balcony, which we enjoyed a lot. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay there again on another visit to New Orleans. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Location! Location! One block from bourbon street!! Clean and comfortable! I wish the bathroom was bigger and the pool heated! Why wasn't the bar open?Genuine Expedia guest review
Hotel was very clean. Everyday it was immaculate. Close to Bourbon St. Only 1 block away. Safe location. Staff was very friendly. They have 24 hour armed security. Would highly recommend if staying in the French Quarter.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great location, one block off Bourbon Street... Very nice lobby and rooms, plus beautiful courtyard / pool area. We usually don't spend this much on a hotel, but it was worth itGenuine Expedia guest review
Had to wait til exact check-in time after calling at time of booking & requesting early check-in. Staff was great except for housekeeping & second shift front desk person. He was a little rude but better as his shift came to end. Valet was fantastic. Easy access to all French Quarter sites.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We enjoyed our stay. The experience was par with any other Holiday Inn, but the price and location of this gem of a hotel made our expectations a bit higher, unfortunately they were not met. The rooms were clean, and beds very comfortable. The staff experience was not as positive, even thou we had little interaction with them except to set up taxi service […] and check in and out. Customer service with a smile was not their forte. Even thou I would stay here again, simply because the location is outstanding, but for a few more bucks could have stayed at the Royal Sonesta, which is in a whole different class. We did book a little late (30 days prior), which contributed to the 500$/night rate, but even in a big city that cost comes with expectation for more than what the CHATEAU LEMOYNE can deliver. "Beautiful quiet hotel in the French Quarter"
Wonderful hotel and staff , very friendly and inviting. Probably the friendliest staff I've ever dealt with. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was chilly , so we didn't use the pool . It did look very inviting in its beautiful courtyard. The hotel was quiet and room was spacious. We were upgraded to one of the creole suites which had exposed […] brick and beams with cork ceiling. "Mostly a great experience"
Enjoyed the hotel. Great location in the quarter and convenient to the CBD as well. Only drawback were the worst pillows ever. Pure torture. Couldn't use them.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Loved the Hotel, but the pillows are only the small sqaure ones ,so bring your own, and the lighting in the hallway is very low. Otherwise I would stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great location in the French Quarter. The hotel is one block from Bourbon, so you have nice amenities, but are a little removed from the city noise. It is also convenient to be on the inside of the French Quarter from Canal for when parades are rolling during Mardi Gras.Genuine Expedia guest review
"French quarter solid hotel"
The was very helpful. At first the tv did not work however they sent someone immediately and discovered the pay per view was out for the entire hotel. the engineer gave us free drink tickets for our inconvenience. This hotel is well located and very nice. I will return.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Good for Mardi Gras"
I did not really spent that much time in my room because I was out for mardi gras. The bath tub was stuck on our last morning. The hotel is in a good location. Its just seem a little old . Elevator was making weird noises too. Internet and cable was great !Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel for a Bourbon St. getaway"
This hotel is in a great location if you want a hotel that is close to Bourbon St. It is an older hotel but it is kept very clean. There is a small but nice pool. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience Bourbon St.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Quiet Convenient Location"
Great location for a three night stay. Easy to get anywhere in French Quarter. Great staff. Quiet compared to Bourbon Street. Only drawbacks - pillows are not too comfy and bathroom is a bit dated and small. Overall, enjoyed the stay - travelling with friends in multiple rooms.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel for the price and location"
Went for New Years eve in the quarter. Great time and location. everyone very courteous and helpful.Genuine Expedia guest review
Took a trip with my friend for NYE. We stayed here 2 nights. I visit New Orleans pretty often and have stayed at many hotels. This one is at the bottom of my list. Definately not a fancy hotel. Very dated. The room was pretty small, yet fairly clean. There's barely any elbow room in the bathroom & the handle on the toilet was broken. Beds were comfortable, […] although the square pillows were kind of awkward to sleep on. Service was very nice and helpful. Only thing is at checkout time when I called the front desk for luggage cart, no one answered. There's a valet service that's pretty pricy, but dependable. Not sure how close the nearest parking lot is. Overall, great location because its 1 block from bourbon, but I prob wouldn't stay there again, ESP for the price we payed. The location of this hotel made the medicrity of the room tolerable. The bed felt (and sounded) like it had a plastic mattress cover on it and it was lumpy. The coffee maker didn't work and the cleanliness of the room was a bit suspect. They still use those creepy old school bedspreads that the better hotels have discarded in favor of washable ones […] . "Convenient to Everything"
The hotel is a bit dated, bathrooms are small, and the AC needed to cool a little better....HOWEVER, overall the place was good. The service was excellent: valet and the people at the desk. I could see my vehicle was safe the entire time, because it was in a fenced in area. I will certainly stay at this hotel everytime I return to NOLA....mainly because […] of the location and the friendliness of the staff. The small bathrooms....well, I wasn't in there that long anyway. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
I was very pleased with the quality of the hotel, but surprised and disappointed that secure parking was an extra fee per day. The staff were personable and helpful, room pleasant and clean.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great staff. Very professional, nice and friendly personnel. Bad thing: they do not put fabric softener to towels when they are washed and although they are clean they feel like sand paper on skin.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great location! Great staff!"

The location of this hotel is very convenient, just steps from Bourbon Street. The staff was very pleasant and this is my second year staying there during Christmas. Will be going back next year.Genuine Expedia guest review
I've stayed at the Chateau Lemoyne many times, and it has a great French Quarter location with affordable prices. I recommend a balcony room if you are in the mood to splurge. The room we got on this most recent stay had no view. Service at the desk and when ordering room service was excellent.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great Hotel for Family and Business travels."
The overall experience was great. This hotel is one block from Bourbon Street and is walking distance to 100's of places in and around the French Quarters. There was always someone at the front desk and at the reception/bell-mens desk. The restuarant serves a nice breakfast.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Location great but not the price"
room too small, there was no microwave, they don't have small refrigerator, no windows to open especialy in the smoking rooms, and price per room too expensive. But most of all the hotel doesn't have parking, I had to find one and it was expensive too. Location is great but not worth it for the price.Genuine Expedia guest review
My stay was very pleasant. All workers were very professional and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone..Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Rooms are smaller, but clean. Courteous staff. Great location. Convenient to major French quarter attractions but far enough too be quiet.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
