Hotel was close to everything so that made it easy to get to the attractions. Nice pool area. Bathroom needs a remodel in both the pool and the rooms but otherwise a nice visit

Convenient location, good price. The hotel in general seems a little tired but if they renovated, they'd be able to charge more. It was good for a one night stay passing through. The pool area looked good.

I really liked the Location of the Hotel. The only problem I faced was that the Room Service was the worst ever. They did not even have shampoo or conditioner. They did not replace the used soaps. Very Dissatisfied. I would say please confirm all this things before you book. They also change a $7.99 resort fee which is just of no use.

Well I was very disappointed in this hotel. When I first arrived at the hotel my reservation had been canceled. When they showed me the print out of the canceled reservation they gave me the wrong persons reservation. Then when they did get it straight and we got to our room it was like walking into a Motel that I could have paid a lot less for a night […] stay.. The air unit sounded like a freight train coming out of the wall every time it kicked on and there was no hot water for the first 15 mins of a shower. I feel that if you pay a high dollar price a night to stay in a hotel it should be top class. NOT the same as the motel down the road that you pay a normal price for. Read more

This was one of the most disappointing experiences in all my years of traveling. They put us in the atrium which looked like it was part of the projects. The room was dirty and we didn't even have real full size pillows. They charged us a resort fee but there isn't a resort. Just a nasty pool and rooms that are old and unkept. As a budget hotel, it would be ok, but they bill themselves as a resort. They also assess an $8/day resort fee for the privilege of using the wifi and the pool. There are few amenities here. It's a basic hotel room that's overpriced.

I would not recomend a dog stay in this hotel..... For starters check in is at 4 oclock we tried to check in at 4:00 but the rooms were not ready strange when we booked the rooms amonth and a half in advance and we were told by Rude Tony that about 10 rooms were givin away at 2:00 how is this when you can not check in until 4:00???We then sat there […] and watched others get rooms but did not get our romm until 5:45 the guy at the front desk TONY was the rudest person I have ever dealt with he actually told one other lady if you dont like it you can go accross the street. the room is not the room i booked. The tub did not drain correctly so we had to stand in ankle deep water oh they came to fix it on the 3rd day when we were on our way out the door to check out.The bath room was a scene out of a 1960's horror movie, rust everywear the tile was cracked the tub knobs were loose. We stayed here as we had heard the rooms had been renovated HAHA by whom good will ? We usally stay at County Inn and Suites and we will from now on! We had planned to go to Universial after we checked in at 4 however once we got to the rooms at 6 and changed clothes made you with 3 not so vey happy teenagers it was to late the park closed at 8:00. For what I paid , I was pleasantly surprised considering some reviews of other Orlando hotel with the same star ratings. Pool was smaller than the online photos showed so got a bit crowded in the afternoon. The only real problem we had that they said they would fix first night we were there was the door lock for the key card. The sensor had obviously […] gone out and we were unable to get into our room until we'd swiped our card a couple of dozen times. Maintenance came and looked at it after I went and got new key cards thinking that was the problem, examined and said he's get it replaced but it was not done before we left 5 nights later. The room was not ready when I check in even it was a 6:00 PM check in. They told me that I came 1 hour later but it didn't happen and they even gave me Standard room and that was not what I did in reservation. Check in staff was not polite. This was first time and the last time I stayed in this hotel.

The hotel was ok. It wasn't exactly what I expected from the online pictures. The hotel has a few buildings. The building we stayed in was old. The elevator looked very old and unwelcoming. The hallways were were not very warming or welcoming either. The Main building was beautiful.

It was centrally located now everything on International Dr. It was convenient to have a Dollar car rental on site! The shuttle service has a very restricted time frame. The beds were really small. I did expect a little bit more but you get what you pay for.

We paid extra for "pool view" and were placed in a room in front of a parking lot with partial view of the pool at the edge of the window. The room was drab. After objecting, they moved us to a better room with pool in front. This is the only problem we had with the hotel

I had no problem with my stay, the only thing was when I called for extra towels it took longer than normal for me to receive them. Also, more employees are needed at front desk locations. We had to go to reception every day, wait in the line to have our key re activated because it was not working, which was BIG hustle especially with little baby. It was not bad. Paid about $550 for 7 nights, you get good value... just don't expect good personal service from the people in the hotel; can't seem to find people when you need help. Check-in was waaaaay too long.
