Dirty carpeting. Inadequate lighting for shaving. Location is secure. Staff was very helpful. Older noisy structure. Tiny television. Two English speaking stations. Breakfast was no frills!

Hotel is walking distance to downtown area, staff very helpful, specially Mauricio was extremely helpful in taking care of my vacation needs . Rooms are ok for the price. location is excellent I definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends. Thanks Mauricio you are very helpful to your Hotel guest please keep up the good work.

We only stayed here overnight twice because we flew into San Jose late and left early next morning and vice versa when we left. We basically needed a place to sleep and that's what we got. It was pretty small, and not very luxurious, but that's not what we needed. The staff was very nice though.

Great location (10 minutes walk into the centre), very friendly and helpful staff but rooms are very disappointing and outdated - extremely thin walls (I was woken up constantly by people coming and going - even with earplugs in) and the room smelt a bit damp.

It's clean, very good hotel, with frendly personal, with good prices, breakfast is good too, a lot of fresh fruits, juice, perfect coffee, and normal prices. Personal speak Espanol (of course) and English, you can ask for a taxi (for $2 and 5 minutes you can reach center of San Jose), for a map of city, for a schedule of buses, and other other other. es un poco ruidoso, se escucha cuanto la gente camina en el segundo piso y tambien en la noche habia ruido en la calle, las mateles de las mesas en el restaurante era algo manchada, entonces no senti bien la relacion del precio con la calidad

Contrario a lo que esperaba por algunos comentarios publicados por otros huespedes, el hotel me parece un buen hotel en lineas generales para el costo por noche. El acceso al hotel ya sea por bus, tren o taxi me parece muy estrategico, ideal para personas que viajan por motivos de trabajo sin un presupuesto muy honeroso. El personal es muy amable lo […] que se agradece en estos tiempos. Respecto al servicio de desayuno incluido, al menos a mi me han servico desayunos tipo continental agradables en gusto y cantidad. No puedo opinar de las comidas de almuerzo y cena por que las tome fuera. Algo que debo decir es la falta de ambiente en el hotel, de una sala donde compartir con otros huespedes, talves una tv, no lo se, algo que a ojos de personas que gustan de pasar un buen rato tranquilos en un sillon, con los pies elevados, una tasa de cafe, no lo se, algo que convierta al hotel en una buena opcion para regesar. Besonders bemerkenswert war der freundliche und hilfreiche Service des Personals. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung, besonders, wenn man Costa Rica - Maßstäbe anlegt., aber das Bad hätte vielleicht doch einmal eine Renovierung verdient.
