This room appeared to be nice by the pictures, but inside was a different story. Beds are absolutely horrible you could actually feel the springs. The bathtub was nasty I took a shower with flip flops on. I booked my room from hotels.com then found out the hotel also charged me . It was nothing but a nightmare...

This hotel is ok for a night stay. The bed didnt have big or regular size pillows but just 4 of the size of decorative pillows ( too small ). Breakfast was very good and the staff was nice but hotel needs to be upgraded.

For what it was, a place to stay next to the airport prior to an early morning flight it did it's job. It's not fancy but you're not expecting that; it was clean with good service. The 24 hour coffee in the lobby was especially appreciated before our 6 am flight.

For an economy hotel, it was super location with 24/7 shuttle Svc to/from the ROA airport. Staff was friendly &helpful. It's an old motel style.. Needing update in bathroom area .. Someone tore the mirror off door & they should replace it or paint where it was . Room was clean and comfortable and rate was very reasonable. We would stay there again.

The comode needed to be stablized, it was a little wobbly. It did not take away from the cleanliness or comfort. The hotel was full but quiet. They even accomidated us by starting breakfast earlier for the conference attendees. Thanks, will be back when in area.

All in all good hotel. A/C didn't work in first room but with a phone call they switched my room. Clean, reasonably priced good location. The bad was decafinated coffee in the room but a short walk to breakfast solved that. Loved the idea of a fridge and microwave in the room. Thanks.

This hotel is nothing worth the money even with special expedia deals. It is in the 2 1/2 stars category but it is more 1 1/2 . Two features that may make this hotel 21/2 stars are the pool and th breakfeast. The pool was closed and the breakfeast minimal.

We were on an extended road trip and arrived very late at night. Room was as advertised and arranged. One quibble,...only two towels for three people. Breakfast was better than at a previous Quality Inn stay in Knoxville, TN. Kids had enough to eat to tide them over until we got home in the early afternoon. Bottom line: reasonable family value.

Everything was spotless! It was SO clean and comfortable. The A/C worked great, the bed and pillows were great - the bath towels, hand towels and even the washrags were fluffy and obviously brand new. The front desk personnel was extremely friendly, polite and very professional. The restaurant staff was fantastic and I had one the greatest, most tender […] steaks I've ever eaten. The parking lot was clean and very well lit. It was overall a wonderful, comfortable stay. There is NOT ONE THING that could have been improved. I would definitely recommend this hotel and want to commend them for hiring and training such wonderful staff. They all evidently take their job very seriously and do their best to ensure the most comfortable stay possible. If I am ever in this area again, I would most certainly stay here. hotel is older and it shows. Our smoke free room had the smell of freshener to try and hide the heavy smoke in the room and common areas. Exercise room was old clunky equipment. This was not a 2.5 star hotel.

I accidentally booked this Quality Inn instead of another one, and I paid for it. The air conditioner worked part time, was extremely noisy but did not cool the room. The interior of the room is rife with peeling wallpaper and the toilet was leaking. My wife went to the front desk the next morning and the manager was more than happy to give us another […] room which was bigger and had a working air conditioner, but this unit, too, was extremely noisy. The hotel was very old and run down. Would only recommend it if on a extremely tight budget and couldn't afford anything else. Staff was very helpful and moved us to a couple different rooms after we expressed our discomfort with the first two rooms.

Grass was weed almost a door tall, carpet was I believe supposed to be green. Walkways to rooms had 1/2 in dirt and leaves and although I ask for monolingual the room reeled of cigarettes. It goes on with service also.

The pay movies did not work the whole time I was there. The furniture is beat up, The paint both in and outside was peeling. The first floor window to my room was filthy. The air conditioner is very noisy. I would not recommend it in its present condition to anyone.

I booked this hotel with an Expedia unpublished rate. Best free breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. We stayed for two nights and the room was very clean and comfortable. This is an older hotel, but for the price it can't be beat. The only area that needed improvement was the wi-fi; it was a nice feature but the signal was sometimes weak.
