"Not all that."
Staff was great, but they have a bar open to the lobby so the smell of smoke knocks you down when you come in the door. Bed was hard as a rock and the noise was awefull. Our room smelled really bad of wet paint. We complained about it from our friends room. Staff came and sprayed deodorizer and said they would get us in another room. Never heard back from them. "Hotel really does smell"
I read a review claiming the rooms smelled like smoke and mold. I dismissed it thinkong they moght be grumpy people. Nope! The smell hits you instantly. And the front desk was recieving calls as we checked in AND checked out asking for someone to do something about the smell. One lady taking the calls seemed irritated like they get asked that alot. We do have a night club but it is very far away from the hotel room tower. Nonetheless, you may have gotten a room that someone smoked in (we are 100% non-smoking as of March, 2013) and for that I am truly sorry.

"Nice Hotel, Horrible Experience"
We had a group of 6 stay at this hotel on a for a family members birthday. We chose the hotel because it had a shuttle service to the stockyards that ran until 2am. There were numerous issues from the moment we checked in. 1) We booked on expedia and immediately called the hotel to ask for two adjoining rooms and the third room close by. This was not […] the case. It took 20 minutes for the issue to be corrected but the front desk clerk did give us free breakfast coupons for the following morning. 2) We called the front desk to let them know that we would be needing a shuttle to the place we were going to eat at 8:15 because of reservations. The hotel told us that there were 2 parties ahead and that we would have to wait about thirty mintues. We ended up missing our reservation because it took over an hour for us to get a shuttle.3) We called the shuttle service at 1:15am to let them know we would need a pick up at 2am from the bar we were at. Over an hour later our shuttle pulls up but is already full. The driver was so rude and then he let the passengers in the van mock our group and shout profanities. The driver said he would be right back. We ended up having to call a cab because we waited over 45 minutes for a shuttle. I still cannot believe the complete disrespect we were shown from the driver of the shuttle. As a result of the Saturday night shuttle demand, we hired another driver so we have two vans running continuously each Friday & Saturday night. We do listen to our guests and I invite every guest to contact me before they check out should they need to discuss anything with me.

I was very disappointed in this hotel and shocked that it was a Radisson. The room and beds were very damp, like a tent. We stayed 2 nights and the maid service never entered our room. The hotel was located great for all our activities and right off the interstate...stockyards, zoo, grapevine, kind of in the center of all them! We've never stayed in a Radisson hotel so I didn't know what exactly what to expect. It was clean enough, indoor pool for kids, nothing else special. We had to go to the service desk three times because the door key card didn't work and the staff fixed it after I got abrupt with them. We went to the business center to print some tickets we purchased […] and 45 minutes later we finally got them to print after 2 staff members had to come in because the new stuff had not been linked to all of the web browsers...ok?. This was a last minute booking and the choice of hotel was limited. Hotel seemed a bit dated and was difficult to navigate. I requested three suites with all double beds, but got only king sized beds in every room. When asked about it, the clerk told me that he didn't see the request! That is your job!
