"Holiday Inn by St. Louis Airport"
The hotel stay was fine, just stayed the one night. Very convenient to print off our plane tickets in their coffee room. It was great that we could park in their lot, the only problem, we had to call 3 times to try and get someone to pick us up, for the 5 minute ride back to the hotel for our car. We finally gave up and took a taxi. we ended up spending […] 45 minutes at the airport looking for a ride that should have been very simple. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"St. Louis Airport Holiday Inn"
Wouldn't stay here unless I had a very early flight and needed to be close to the airport. It's an older facility that hasn't been updated in a while. There are nicer hotels in the surrounding area that are a better deal and updated.Genuine Expedia guest review
"a trip to the past"
nice location with easy access to airport and interstate system but a dark, dreary place that seems to be stuck in the 1960sGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very nice, clean... but noisy"
Wonderful hotel. Very busy. We had an early flight and next door was a flight crew member that was on the phone complaining about something loudly until 11pm and then other male female noisy activities until 1am. Will return again but seems many flight members stay there. Overall great hotel. Imagine single incident.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to the Airport and Great Service"

If you need to be near the St.Louis Airport you can't get much closer than this. The hotel is clean and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The shutlle driver was extremely cheerful at 4:30 in the morning! Quick and easy ride to the airport.
"Friendly staff close to airport "
08/18/14 Honestperspective Fairhope, Alabama
I was stranded in the airport after two flight cancellations and was recommended by fellow passenger to go to this hotel. As a weary passenger with lost bags the staff took excellent care of me offering a toothbrush and toothpaste, late check out and overall kindness. The hotel is an older building but my room was clean, bed very comfortable, and a constant AC fan for white noise. The restaurant and lounge smelled smoky and food was not great ! Subway across the street was better...the common areas could use some painting and TLC but overall good experience !!!
"Stuck in STL"
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice beds and bathrooms. I would have given 4 stars but the wifi issues are that BAD! I couldn't finish any task without losing the connection. Extremely frustrating. For that reason alone I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.
"Fairly nice hotel"

Above average hotel in every way except a couple issues which is the reason for only 3 stars. Staff was friendly, room was clean, modern and quiet. A/C in the room was a little strange though. I set the fan to run on low during the night but it would completely shut off every couple minutes then come back on, not a huge deal but annoying. The biggest issue I had was the wifi/internet connection. I was on the 3rd floor almost directly above the lobby and the wifi signal was so weak, my mobile devices would not stay connected. According the the front desk staff it's a known issue but apparently one that's not high on the priority list. Other than these issues it's a fairly nice airport hotel.
"St. Louis airport, hard to find decent hotels"
07/13/14 TuncaySanli Seattle, Washington
Stayed here for business for four days. Overall, I liked the proximity to the airport. I wasn't looking for anything luxurious. I got a room with a fridge, flat screen decent size TV. It was a clean room, not so bad of a bed and the internet connection was good. (I know some people complained about this in previous posts) Hotel restaurant was a bit out of my budget. There is a Subway across the street and a 7-11 up the road. Most of the local restaurants, the hotel van would take you, as long as they are not too busy. The 3 stars is for the constant smell of food in the hallways. Overall, if you have anything to do with the airport, this is a decent hotel.
"Nice hotel but the staff is awesome!"

Here for a while, gym is great, rooms are decent. But what sets this place apart is the staff. The cleaning crew has done an amazing job of accommodating and cleaning! The restaurant is super with fantastic wait crew and chef... And the front desk and van staff have also made sure to answer any question and make me feel comfortable... Only grip is pool is cold...
"Great place to stay if you are flying out of STL"
06/02/14 Geni W Waynesville, Missouri, United States
The room was great, but we really chose it for the park and fly option. We only paid 10 dollars extra and we were able to leave our car there for up to 14 days. The shuttle took us to the airport at 4:20 AM and took less than 5 minutes to pick us up when we returned 9 days later. The staff was very friendly and since the hotel is so close to the airport, the shuttle was very quick. The driver was friendly also.
"No. Just, no."

I stayed here on a sunday night as I had to fly in a day earlier than my colleagues. The hotel is in a sketchy area, so I ate in the (basement) restaurant. The front desk staff was very helpful, but that was the only high point. The food was not good. $5.50 for stale chips and salsa that came straight from the Tostitos jar. Upon returning to my room for the night. I couldn't get in. I was told that the locks are old and sometimes slip, so "just keep trying the key card." Awesome. The room was dark and dingy, not necessarily dirty, just not somewhere I'd walk without shoes on. The bathroom had lotion and shampoo, but no conditioned, so that was fun. Overall, I would probably pick somewhere else next time around.
"A good place to stay"

The hotel staff was fantastic and the rooms were pretty decent. The rooms, beds, bathrooms, etc. were all very clean. There is a breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. It's nothing to write home about, but it's decent. I had no complaints at all about this hotel. I would stay there again.
"Demolish and start over!"
I stayed two nights here and I must say the only thing good was the front desk cheer. Right from entry into the old style HI property I vaulted land mines with my business partners such as mold, fire alarms at 6 am, rude managers who did not operate in a Socially acceptable communication mode to encourage future business and repairmen all over the property and business lounge. I would say time to knock it down and start over including the management! I am blocking this site from future travel plans and so sorry I didn't use my Marriott partners!
