"Nice Place, Great Location"
Enjoyed the helpful staff, room service, the pool and the brochures laid out kindly by the staff. Needed to use the business center for a few minutes and was accommodated. Awesome overall time.

"perfect location for early morning flight"
very satisfied for my one night stay. The elevator was somewhat scary however as it shook when it stopped and then door would not open until "door open" button was pushed. Room service was pleasant and prompt but food was ho hum. I would definitely stay again if just for overnight due to the convenience.

I was impressed with the condition of the hotel and the large room. The breakfast was included but I had a $5 balance???? This was confusing but it was my only issue.

"The beds are rock hard. !"
The hotel is convenient, the staff was friendly and very helpful BUT I would never stay there again! The bed was horrible!!! It was like sleeping on a piece of plywood.My husband and did not sleep well at all! We were miserable!

"Convenient for airport"
I was told it was free parking but it was not. it's free as long as you stay there but if you park and fly, there is a charge. not sure if this was Hotels.com or the hotel itself that told me it was free parking.

"Very convenient for business travel."
This hotel is well placed to be convenient for business travel to the St. Louis area. It is just minutes from the airport, close to rental car facilities, has a restaurant included and yet has other local restaurants within walking distance for a change if you need to stay longer than a day in the area. Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet.

Veronica at front desk was great. Old rooms, needs a lot of maintenance. Restaurant under construction. WiFi in 3rd floor very bad. not working well. Location very close and convenient for airport and rental car. Do not meet Holiday inn standards.

I'm going to have to rate this hotel as average. Everything was clean. The wheel on the chair in my room was missing and you have to hold the toilet lever for about 10 seconds for them to work. The mattresses in my opinion were a little too firm compared to other holiday inn and his properties but were acceptable. There are no microwaves available except in the business office, however there was a very nice coffee machine. The Internet was decent during the day but poor during peak hours. No complimentary breakfast. They wanted $11 for a very basic breakfast in the downstairs Resturant plus tip. Staff was nice and my spire elite status was recognized.

Beds were uncomfortable. Internet was spotty and slow at best, and that was when I could actually connect to it. The Starbucks machine in the lobby was nice, but more often than not, the trash was overflowing and the condiment stand was a mess. There are plenty of other hotels nearby, so pick a different one if you need to stay by the airport.

Never really paid much attention to Holiday Inn Express in the past. On a cold winter's night in St. Louis the indoor pool and fresh modern feel is REALLY nice. The breakfast is generous and the value for a quick business trip really can't be beat.

We recently flew out of the St Louis Airport. We stayed at this hotel, used the airport shuttle to and from the airport, and was able to leave our car at the hotel while we were gone. Very convenient and efficient.

When compared to the Holiday Inn Forest Part, this somewhat more budget hotel wins hands-down. New, well appointed, good rooms, fast internet and free breakfast. Only downside is that there are no restaurants within walking distance - meaning when it is raining. Having just stayed at an HIE in Amsterdam, the consistency is very apparent.

My stay was comfortable. The main thing with this place is the rooms are a little ugly. Paint, wallpaper, and carpet are all clashing shades of mismatched colors. This works in the hallways but makes the rooms feel strange. Housekeeping and maintenance are good. The TV is slow to switch channels and sometimes skips channels like the system has problems. WiFi works sometimes.

1 night stay for business trip. The room was spotlessly clean (big points) but the room felt humid and the carpet felt a bit almost damp. Towels are older and need replacing. Bed comfortable. The inner hallways do remind you of the old Holiday Inns... Elevator floor a bit dirty. The outdoor pool area was pretty nice! The water was clean and a great temperature, nice seating around and large flower planters. Restaurant is in the basement pretty much and it didn't inspire me to eat there... but they have a couple decent wines on the menu and the bartender lady (I forget her name) was super nice and fun. I'd stay there again but only for the pool if I had some time after meetings to swim/hang out by the pool. There's a grill for use by the pool and there was a group enjoying the summer evening there. There's a fridge in the room which was convenient.

I was in need of a place to stay for a night awaiting a flight. I stopped here due to good past experiences with Holiday Inn's. Not so here. The room was old and musty smelling. The drawer in the night stand next to the bed was broken, the desk chair would fall to the lower setting when sat in, and the toilet would continue to run when flushed. The location is in an industrial area and not very comfortable to walk around outside. Everything seemed very old and in need of a complete remodel. Way over priced for what you get in the area where it is located and the condition of the room. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Wi-Fi was terrible as well.

This is one of the more expensive options for airport stays.. however- the front desk was very nice & professional. The beds are very comfy and the rooms are quiet. My only real complaint was the airport shuttle driver was kind of rude.. he was picking up several people so I asked if he could come right back so I wouldn't have to call.. he snarkly replied "call when you are ready I can't stay parked here"... I told him I understood but we would be ready by the time he got back.. that didn't matter, I still had to call. I fly out of St Louis atleast once a month.. I know they can't stay parked there but we were ready literally one minute after he pulled away. Probably won't choose to stay at this HI ever again bc of that experience.
