Close to King Of Prussia Mall- lots and lots of shopping options, Valley Forge nearby, easy drive to train station if you want to take a train to New York City, lots of restaurants in the area, so you won't run out of places to eat. Would stay here again when visiting family.

Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Right next to King of Prussia mall and 20 mins away from Premium Outlet Mall. An hour an a half away from Atlantic City. We were satifsfy with our stay.

The hotel was clean and easy to find. While the bathroom was beautiful, the pocket door had no lock--which our toddler kept opening while the room was in use. There was one tiny towel hook and no towel bars to hold wet towels. We were placed right next to a block of rooms reserved for a loud soccer team--The talking and carrying on continued until […] the wee hours of the morning and we could hear every word through the doors and echoing down the hall. There was also a lot of jumping and banging coming from the room over our head. I felt the room was overpriced compared to a similar hotel in Virginia Beach that also had beach access, indoor and outdoor pools, and rooms with a living room which we stayed at a month ago. Very nice hotel - not the best location for us older folks. Was quiet even though there were weddings and family reunions. Was disappointed that there is no pool on sight. May stay again next year during Beadfest!

Rooms were small with 2 queen beds. Bath is modern but tight. Walls are paper thin. There was a wedding reception and some other sports function with lots of kids. You could hear every noise from the hallways and adjoining rooms. Noisy til 3 am. And the elevators are a marathon away from most rooms. But what irritated me the most was the lack of pool […] when they post pics of one on their listing. You have access to a pool at Bally's 2 buildings down, which along with the inconvenience, closed at 7:30 pm! Doubt we stay here again and we travel there frequently. Read more

The room was small for the price. The king bed was comfy, but the pull out sofa bed was a joke. The cheapest type of sofabed. A movie rental cost a whopping 18.00, and the wi-fi didn't work!

staff great!... However, their was a big family reunion party at the hotel... my room was on their floor ridght in the middle of it.. Lots of noise til 2 AM. Also, temperature controlled air conditioner extremely loud... on/off all night

I had no "problems" with my stay at this hotel, except that I probably did inadequate research and had the wrong expectations for it (based on what a previous reviewer had said). I thought a free breakfast was included in the room rate, but it was not. They had a nice breakfast buffet, but it was definitely not included in the room rate. And I thought […] the pool was on-site, but it was not. The pool was nice, but only accessible through the hotel next door(~50 ft away). I wish I had stayed at the hotel next door. It was cheaper, had free continental breakfast, and the pool would have been that much closer. But no idea how the rooms would have compared. Read more

This hotel was very very nice. We stayed on the 5th floor and couldnt have been happier. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud!!! It was right next to KOP Mall and a mile away from Valley Forge. We enjoyed it very much.

The ability to use the Bally workout facility for free was a real plus as was ability to walk across the street to one of the largest shopping malls in the country with a large variety of upscale restaurants and stores. The gym is a real gym - with classes and good equipment. Drawback - it's not open before 8 am on the weekends or late at night. It also requires a walk through an adjoining hotel, but since you can nab an apple or yogurt or muffin from their free breakfast bar (this hotel only has a high-priced breakfast), the walk isn't so bad. Great location...Right next to the biggest mall in the country! The service and staff were exceptional. They kept my luggage all day so I could go to meetings. I was craving chocolate late at night while sitting in the bar talking to a client and the bartender said the kitchen was closed but he went in search of chocolate and came back with 3 Hershey […] miniature bars of solid chocolate. Made my day! My client came in with maybe a minute to spare before the kitchen closed and the bartender saw he was starving and had the kitchen make him a full dinner. He got a great tip that night! The staff is aware. They look at the situation, they don't just "do their job". There was no bellhop so they got someone from housekeeping to help me with my luggage. Another great tip! I think if I had asked for a foot massage they probably would have given me one. You won't disappointed staying here. The hotel is average but the staff make it feel like a five star. Read more

My husband and I have no complaints. This was our first stay in Philadelphia and it was excellent. We were nervous about where to park the car prior to our arrival to Philly due to watching Parking Wars on TV. We decided to go to a parking facility instead of using the valet service at the hotel. However, due to having to pay each time you take or leave […] your car... we found it more beneficial using the valet service at the hotel because the nightly fee turned out to be cheaper and there was no additional charge having the valet get the car whenever we needed it. The staff was friendly, courteous, and accommodating. It was worth the price. We will recommend this hotel to everyone and will use it again on our next stay. It is right in the heart of Philly... it has plenty of shops and restuarant around it. Also, it has a shuttle service (Audi) that will drive you wherever you want to go within a two mile radius of the hotel... free of charge, which is pretty awesome. Read more

I worked for us. However we needed a trundle bed and we could only use a king/ pull-out couch room for this. We had to rearrange the furniture in a major way to accommodate he bed-- barely. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The bar/restaurant staff were horrendous. So much so that most people in he crowded bar could be heard complaining/commenting. […] The kind of bad where 3 service people would stand talking for 5-10 minutes and ignoring everyone (I clocked it.). With 30+ people there this was particularly bad and simply became comical. My guess is that sleeping is fine. Ignore the fact that they have a bar! Read more
