The first thing that struck me when I got to the hotel was that the employee was wearing jeans. She was very nice and courteous. The hotel is kind of old and you can see that as soon as you enter the lobby. But it was clean. The room was very spacious, old but again, clean. There were several signs of wear in the bathroom (scuffed up bath tub, floor, etc.) but nothing too bad. Oh the hair dryer didn't work. The shower was great and had very good pressure. The bed was comfortable and there was nothing to complain about in the room. I'd stay again if I needed to.

The hotel itself is average, not spectacular but I can't argue about that. The room condition was bad though. When I got in my bed looked like someone had been sleeping in it, the towels were dirty and the they left an extension cord under a table for me to plug in the lights and alarm clock. There were bobby pins and hair ties left on the table. Clearly a poor job at house cleaning. Good note is that the air conditioning worked, however the tv did not.

The hotel was the worst hotel I've ever been to. The first room was filthy the bed linen were brown and the lights we're missing a few light bulbs and it had a few stains on the carpet.The television was an old style not a flat screen at all.The breakfast did not look even fix to eat the donuts were hard and not fresh so I did not eat any breakfast when I was there.

The service was horrible we checked in on a Friday and we had to buy our own face towels from target because they didn't have any. The hot tub didn't work the breakfast was horrible all the ice machines was out of order on every floor except the first floor.

Good for the money you pay. Staff is friendly. Few stains on the carpet,yes....few visible repairs here and there, yes...Quality of the cable TV is not there...yes...Pool out of of order, yes...but we didn't need one anyway. Small details which could be fixed, I guess the owner is pretty frugal....or economical... But as I said it is a good hotel for the money you are spending. Nice designed Hotel , interesting architecture. Have no problem with staying there again.

Horrible..a lady named faviola harassed us about our room # at breakfast and stood over us the whole time. She then took my child's bread out of the toaster and yelled about it catching fire the way it was put in. Lady relax garden plaza is a dump not the 4seasons. Petty people suck!

I booked it because it looked nice on the pictures and was a decent price. We got to the room and the first thing I noticed was used shampoo in the bathroom. My husband checked the bed and we decided not to sleep under the covers because the room smelled musty, like it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Above all, I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

There were no microwaves in room. Only at end of hall with broken ice machine. The was no breakfast, as promised. Ice machine was in lobby. Also . Location of hotel hard to find. Sits behind trees off main street. When called hotel for instructions, staff would pick up and hang up without answering. This happened 7 times. Would not stay there again. Other nicer hotels in surrounding area.

It is rarely that II would complain or provide a poor rating. NEVER...have I stayed at a hotel of such poor quality. No towels...no soap... no service... Don't disappoint yourself. Spend the extra money and stay up the street at another hotel.

Overall was better then I expected. The clock in the room was broken and tv didn't have a remote. The hotel is very run down and in need of repairs had to go to 3 different ice machines before I found one that worked however the staff was very nice and helpful and was really cheap probably due to the fact the hotel borders on the not so great side of norcross. Did the job for a one night stay

This hotel was nice but super outdated. The breakfast was not that great. It was leggo eggos and cut up pound cake. The bed, however was outrageously comfortable and the rooms were a great size. I loved that it was within walking distance to a few small restaurants. The heated indoor/outdoor pool was something we really looked forward to but it was not in functioning order. Super dissappointed about that. The staff was exceptional but the fact that the room was outdated and we ended up spending money on breakfast outside anyway, makes me only recommend this hotel to those who are on a tight budget and don't really care for breakfast anyway.

Super nice hotel! My room was very nice and the bed was actually cushiony and more comfortable than a lot of hotels I've stayed in. It was clean. My only complaints were the hot tub was out of service and the ice machine on my floor did not work.

This was a nice hotel in a quiet area of Norcross/Atlanta; shopping centers across the street and several restaurants within walking distance. It looks more glamorous in the pictures than in person. The restaurant/bar are closed. It has a lot of potential to be a terrific hotel and probably was when it was first built. However, management and staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Looked great on the outside but awful on inside. No Hot Breakfast, just toast, cereal and a toaster. Pool wasnt opened. They only cleaned rooms after you checked out. When I called for assistance, noone helped or answered the phone. Ice machine didnt work. Stains in chairs and ripped furniture. Just an awful experience overall. I wouldnt recommend.

This is the first time we went there and the pool was out of order. We booked especially for that reason, because our son loves to swim. The Internet didn't work at all. The people across from us had music blasting until 2am, until I finally called the front desk and complained. There was no remote control for the TV. The breakfast room was ice cold and very dirty on the floor. Crumbs, etc. Staff was friendly, but we were very disappointed.

This hotel is the epitome of "rat hotel." The picture conveyed to viewers online is a false representation of reality. The ceilings dripped, elevator was broken, (it needs major renovations), it wreaked of foul odors, housekeeping only allowed 4 four towels (although there were four of us & we stayed two nights), & the front desk clerk was less than helpful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone & I would never stay here again!

Had a weekend getaway to Atlanta with some friends, after a long evening we checked into the hotel around 2am. The two men at the front desk were nothing but pleasant to all of us. Overall it was a good experience at a relatively cheap rate, and I would recommend it to anyone who is staying for a night or two.

The 1970's lobby had pans out where rain was dripping through the skylights. Nothing had been updated in the bar or lobby for decades. The staff was friendly though and upbeat, which was amazing given that there were floor heaters running to keep the breakfast area warm and the hotel did not supply enough breakfast to get past the 7:30 a.m. guests. The rooms were especially old-style with a tube-style TV, and extremely cheap light low-energy bulbs. The shampoo was made in India and the soap was miniaturized. The staff had made the bed and bathroom up very nicely, so cleanliness was not an issue. If you don't mind the decor and questionable amenenities, at least it's cheap!

The hotel smelled like cigarette smoke and urine, the windows had not been cleaned in literal years. The staff was rude, the toilet was broke, the lights in the room didn't work, the refrigerator did not work. The excuse was well for the price you should expect a problematic hotel room, really???? The carpet was dirty, the ottoman was torn to shreds. Dont stay at this hotel. I wish I could get my money back.

The desk clerk was very friendly, efficient, and professional. It's all a little down hill after that. The parking lot was badly damaged with huge potholes. The lot was also dark with only a few slots near the dimly-lit entrance. Our room on the 8th floor was large and the bed comfortable, yet it was oddly shaped and in ill repair. Water poured from the toilet tank lid and flooded the bathroom. I found no available electric outlets close to the bed or desk.

This hotel seems to have been constructed with a solid idea of serving business people. It has a pool on site, and serves "breakfast". Actually, the pool was "out of order" and "breakfast" was terrible (while in elevator, an appealing PR photo is still on), only bread/cerials/toaster with syrup/milk. No fruits, no eggs, no ham/cheese. Shampoo bottles in the bathroom must be like 3,4 years ago, liquid was dry. Coffee maker was working, but only with cheap packages. No hair cap, no lotion. You should bring all amenities yourself. The only good thing is that the staffmembers were excellent. Cheerful, kind and trying to help. Alas, past age's great hotel is now ghost structure, near Peachtree Industrial Area(desolate mall).

For the price, the room wasn't bad. We did find a pair of pearl earrings on the floor of the room which indicated the room may not have been vacuumed as well as it could have been. In the shower, was an old bar of used soap that housekeeping had not removed from a past guest. However, after returning to our room following our first evening there, housekeeping had come in & cleaned (removing the used soap). The towels had been replaced, but the bath & hand towels only. The face clothes had not been replaced. The inside pool's heater was not working either.

Bed spreads were soiled with what was also found on the carpet between the double beds. Heater blew out lukewarm air,instead of hot air. Washcloths were dingy,thin and looked like someone tried to wash blood stains out of it. I was told they served a hot breakfast which was not at all true. There were no meats,hot items, juice or water to drink on the so called "hot breakfast" bar. There where tiles missing in the ceiling and some showed water damage in the breakfast area.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I call and asked for information on the hotel before we booked it and was told it was recently renovated and a very nice place to stay and had a 3.5 star rating. Upon arrival the hostess never greeted me until i said i was there to check in, there was something sticky spilled on the floor and had been walked on you could tell by the dirty trail. We were given a room that was already occupied There were shady looking people looking over the rails into the lobby and others hanging out in the hallways. The room decor was decent however the door to the adjoining room was half torn down we could not see in the next room and was hoping that they could not see into out room. After about 30 minutes of trying to rationalize the whole experience we decided to just cut our losses and leave there is a hotel a few minutes up the road which is much better

We were given the key to a room that was already booked and occupied. Upon entering our room, we were greeting with two very startled guests. How embarrassing! We also noticed that the hotel lobby floor was very dirty. The next morning, the "free hot breakfast" that had been advertised turned out to be Eggo Waffles on a platter that guests could heat themselves...not to mention the fact that the breakfast area opened up late and we were on a strict schedule. We had to just leave and go somewhere else for breakfast. It was really a very disappointing experience.
